Easy to order online but both sandwiches were missing ingredients and were cold instead of toasted. I have eaten in Firehouse subs from Louisiana to Maine and this was the second worse experience.

Can't believe I've slept on this place for so long.
This evening I came into your establishment, and this is the first time I was truly disappointed by the food and by the managers attitude. I ordered the New York Steamer with extra mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, onion and an extra spear pickle…that’s not what I received. Every time I travel I stop to get my favorite sub and I’m greeted with smiles and the right order not tonight and I guess I’m disappointed because I bought in a new customer😡

Asked for no onions or jalapeños on my spicy Cajun chicken sub and received both. Not a happy customer.
Welcome to Firehouse. 🤣 The sandwich was very good and filling too. Got the hook and ladder and did not disappoint. It’s just quality all around. Way to go Firehouse.
