This place looks brand new and everything was clean! The pecky cypress interior is gorgeous.
The food is SOOOOOOO good! I hope that this establishment keeps the great ingredients and quality food to sustain such a great reputation.
The other La Caretta in LA that I have been to doesn't even match this place...but that's because they all decided to do the "bait-and-switch" where the food started off as quality and within the next year(s) they decided to use vendors that were not quality to cut costs and make more revenue for personal gain.

We came in and dined in for the first time in a while as we regularly order takeout. I had a chicken quesadilla and it was good, my girlfriend had the alambres and she found a hair in her food. We told our server about it and he showed the manager. She was offered a new meal but she was already too disgusted to get anything else. The manager did not come to the table to apologize, neither did he comp the meal she barely ate. It was overall a bad experience and would not go back anytime soon.

Hands down THEE BEST Mexican food in the LaPlace area!! Always fresh, hot, cooked to order dishes!! They never disappoint! The chicken fajitas are my favorite!! Along with the wheat chips (you have to request them) that come out hot and served with the salsa! Yummy!

Greta all around especially the service, there was a hiccup and when I say the way they took care of it was just wow refreshing. Most good service out here in Laplace is scary but they know how to do it right and I absolutely will keep coming back like I have for years now. Thank you guys ❤️
