Didn’t even order. The line was so long and slow, I went inside. After standing there for a few minutes due to broken ordering kiosks, I left and placed my order at chick fil a before I even left the parking lot. Sad experience

On 3/10/25 they managed to screw up a hot n spicy order fry’s and drink. I received a hot n spicy with shredded lettuce when my receipt shows no lettuce, I also received the wrong drink as usual. I can say I won’t ever order from nor spend money at this location again. 🥷 can’t even get a simple food order correct! Very sad and over paid considering the work ethic. This isn’t my first bad experience with this place but it will be the last!

What is going on? The Laplace location on Airline is a nightmare at night. Our gift card had $10, we just checked! Cashier said it had .19¢. Order wrong, price wrong, wrong food again!?!? But one get one for a $1? Not in LaPlace. And again no ice cream, no shakes, can't make coffee drink either? No tea.... again they dump it after dinner. No hiC
It took 4 trys to get our order right.....

Not going lie this the first mcdonald's that don't open on time and smell like weed and don't dirty. Not going lie I feel like they spit in my food.
On the evening of Sunday 12/29 around 7pm the managerial staff (2 females) were utterly rude. My family ordered their food and proceeded in paying, moments go by and their food had not arrived; we approached the desk for assistance and they simply replied “your food has already been handed to you” to which it was NOT true. Interaction continued for 15-20 mins going back and forth letting the staff know that we didn’t get the
food that we paid for; the manager got visibly upset and stated “we ain’t gonna give you anything” (we even had the receipt present and video surveillance could’ve easily demonstrated our food didn’t get handed to us” in summary the gentleman at shift stepped in and provided great customer service and attended us better than the managers. PS while waiting a random customer told us “this is the worst McDonald’s in town” LOL
What is wrong with these people, they just ignore you until you complain in front of them. All these people were just messing with my orders. Definitely do not come to this mc, god dam managers is their job have a good environment and provide a good service.

Where has professionalism gone. Fast food businesses has to get better. They are not showing the greatest customer service these days. Kids and adults interpersonal skils and communication are horribleand Insont think they even realize it.
I don't know if it requires training, doing a better job of vetting during the hiring process, if it's todays culture, just basic parental upbringing or all of the above.
In the end Management has to do a better job of holding workers accountable for their presentation and communication.
Maybe they can offer incentive as well as penalties for their customer service evaluations.
I know some customers can be difficult but not all and custommer service is suppose to give the customer the benefit of the doubt first and keep emotions to a minimum.
Not all employees are rude but a large majority of them are presenting a bad image for the company
I hope this is helpful McDonaldand it's store Mamagers work toward a training solution to help in this area.
