About 6 months ago I decided I wanted to get breakfast at this place and had a bad experience. A long wait, rude service. Today on 09/18/2025 I placed a order online through the app to avoid the long wait and the rude service. But they still managed to mess my order up I ordered 6 items and only received 4. I was in a hurry so I expected everything to be in the bag but unfortunately they failed. I will no longer use this location for breakfast. I don't recommend going unless you have time to spare.

The employees here seem somewhat racist or either there always bitter. Not friendly at all. Thats most McDonald’s locations in Louisiana. I asked for two extra sauces for my 10 piece chicken nugget meal and they always give them to me for free. Today a young girl charged me 50 cents for them. I asked her for a receipt and she said she couldn’t give me one. And she didn’t give me one but took 2 quarters from me and handed me the sauce. So why do you charge someone and can’t give them a receipt ?? That’s so stupid ! 9/12/2025 around 5:30-6:30pm.

They need to re-train everyone there to learn to read a ticket, how are you gonna give me a quarter pounder with big mac sauce, basket of fries, M fry, and no hot & spicy. The only thing that was right was the drink and the M fry. Do better. I know y'all get busy but that's not an excuse to mess up peoples food. I worked in fast food its not hard to read a damn ticket.

This is the world's worst McDs. The machine that provides cream for your coffee has been broken for over 3 years. The sausage Mcmuffins are inedible mostly due to the poor quality of the toasted part of the English muffin. To top it off the employees act as if your not there when waiting at the cash register
