I made a large order as I was getting lunch for my coworkers and I. The order was exactly as it was supposed to be even with alterations to some of the sandwiches. I didn’t spend an outrageous amount of time in the drive through line and I am very satisfied!

We stopped by this location on our drive to New Orleans and the service was so bad, the lady with the colored contacts and long braided hair tried to charge us .25 cents for bbq sauce for my kids nuggets. I’m like okay maybe this is different until we tried another McDonalds that was local and they didn’t charge us extra.

My food was wrong twice!!! The b at the drive thru window offered no apology but smacking those black Marijuana lips of hers!! I see why I steer clear of this place. Laplace will NEVER get ahead if you all keep hiring people who don't care about their job!!!!

Worst McDonald’s ever; I moved to Laplace a year ago and always have had a bad experience decided to drop through and give it another go and I was so mad tonight was the final straw. Waited in line over a hour to be told cash only and they only had fish filet to serve. Everytime I visit here the food is cold even after waiting hours I don’t understand what the staff is doing the food is never fresh and the systems is always down. Management is terrible. I hate this McDonald’s I never have this problem with any other McDonald’s in the city (New Orleans)

The wait time is literally a hour or more even if it’s just 3 cars or less in line. The food is always cold and they have you wait hours just to tell you they’re only taking cash or only have 1 item available. I wish the manager or superintendent gets replaced this is awful. I can understand a bad day every now and then but not as frequent as it has been

I would leave 0 starts if possible. How is this place even running? I’m at register waiting to PAY for 20mins… pathetic manager! When I told her I wanted to pay for my breakfast that I ordered at 10:15am she just walked away. Then proceeds to start cussing and name calling the CUSTOMERS INCLUDING MYSELF.Please get a NEW Manager who can tolerate a high paced environment.

Everytime i ordered they always give me the wrong food. I tried to call the store but the number wasn't working. I ordered from doordash the driver was nice but the store is annoyed me a lot . !!! I bought different drink with different prices but they gave me the wrong drink !!!

Got my food from here thru doordash. I ordered the 10 piece McNuggets meal. Go NO sauces at all and NO straw for my frozen cola. There isn’t a person alive who is sane enough to eat these nuggets dry. I know it’s not the doordashers fault too cus the delivery bag was sealed by the McDonald’s bag stickers. I don’t have a way to go and get my own sauces if I wanted to. No car.
