Communication over the phone was terrible,had a hard time understanding accent!!

I used the app to order a works pizza with stuff crust and wings. When the order came to my house I had a meat lovers stuff crust without wings. I went to the store and got the receipt and the receipt was correct. I reorder my order paid for it and it was cheaper. Be careful with the app!!!
Pizza is always hot and fresh. We drive to pick up from almost 20 minutes away just for this store. Staff is great and food is always what we expect!

Very good for quick take out pizza. The staff is mostly friendly. The management's really good, so if you have an issue, it's usually resolved quickly.

Papa John's has gone to crap since they started using door dash! It is beyond ridiculous! I will never order again!
Waited 15 minutes to PICK UP my order that was ready because the worker was taking an order on the phone and could not get the accurate address.

Customer service sucks! Placed a delivery order waited 60 mins and it never got delivered due to not having “drivers”. I only got the update because I called to check on my order. Then I placed a carry out order and it was an 80 mins wait! I asked manager to pump me up due to what happened because it wasn’t fair. Her response “not fair employees didn’t show up to work, I’m not pumping you up.”

Can't speak about the food, was told I couldn't place an order they were to busy. Not mad my money spends just as good someplace else. But this cost you a customer.
