I went to pick up my DoorDash order and the first sight I see walking in, was the manager on duty (white woman with glasses), literally sittin on another man’s lap in the lobby. I got my order and came back about a hour later to see her on another man’s lap but this time the man had his hand in her pants… I can’t make this up

Place order online so I knew that it would be ordered correctly. Got the wrong order, but since Pizza Hut used DoorDash to deliver it, they wouldn’t come back and get it to replace it with the right order. When I tried to call the one 800 number no one can help me. They just transferred me to the store, but the store never answers the phone. When I got a hold of customer service, they hung up on me. Customer service not used. I’ll be ordering from other places from here on out.

I ordered a pizza to be ready at 5 PM because I had somewhere to be. I get to the restaurant at 5 PM and they couldn’t find my order. I show them the emails confirming my order at this location, and the guy said he didn’t know what happened to the order. The manager proceeds to say I saw that order earlier and erased it all while laughing. Nothing is funny sir. They gave no apology no nothing. Just an attitude

I ordered a pizza to be ready at 5 PM because I had somewhere to be I get to the restaurant at 5 PM and they couldn’t find my order. I have phones. The emails show them my order and he said he didn’t know what happened to the order the manager proceeds to say I saw that order earlier and erased it.

First the sent the wrong person order thru DoorDash then took forever to send the next order out which the person delivering for them didn’t have our food in a DoorDash
If I could give no stars I would this not the first time nor the second time I got HORRIBLE service from this place. My food never gets delivered on time last night my food was an hour late it’s ran by a bunch of kids they spend more time outside smoking WEED instead of preparing food they don’t answer the phones and when you call it’s nothing calling the customer service line is ridiculous they don’t give a solution to anything the place needs new management on top of having employees there who truly wants to work. The only pleasant employees I have ever encountered is the elderly guy who delivers the food. He’s very tentative and nice

So tonight placed me order about 1 hr & 45 before closing time. I received a call from Pizza Hut stating my order was ready and that they was calling to see if i was on my way ( boneless wings & a melt ) which was unusual because on the app it was showing my order still had 6 minutes left. Assuming my order was fresh & correct when i opened the boxes once I arrived home. I was given scraps & a wing bone on my wing order & was melt was not cooked. I tried to call the store at 10:20 & the answer machine stated that they are close. This is now. Pictures to follow. Horrible experience!

Do not ever go here. Pizza delivery took over 2 hours and ended up having to get it myself. I was promised a refund on my card which never happened. Management was condescending & rude. Worst Pizza Hut EVER!
