On Thursday I came in I witness one of the managers belittling the lady in the kitchen I think this was very humiliating because I heard the lady saying she was fixing the orders in the lobby and the woman in charge told her the future order was her focus I waited over35 min in the store for my order the lady in the kitchen came upfront and apologized I appreciate her recognition of me as a customer but management needs to treat employees better

On Wednesday November 10 I purchased a very large order they were two employees there a male on register a female in kitchen upon arrival I noticed how store the was so clean but the two workers were alone only two the were very pleasant and I was amazed at how sync they were together the two ran the restaurant as if they owned and treated me like it was somewhere I really appreciated spending my money upon this that made me feel at home because it was very clean I had stopped shopping at Pizza Hut but this experience made me come for the next day I experienced this treatment again whoever these two employees are are very important to me recommending other customers to come in I don’t know they’re name but ty for the pleasant experience

At 11:10 my husband was at the front door of Pizza Hut trying to order a personal pan two dollar pizza.. They stated that they were sold out. So I called the Pizza Hut to place an order Over the phone because you could not place one online. They told me I would have to come up to the store that they was not sold out. I’ve asked to speak to the manager the young boy on the phone refused to give me the manager now they will not pick up the phone. I’ve tried to call corporate. Nobody seems to care because it’s a little special they’re doing but at the end of the day why are you advertising something if you’re showed out before you even open?

I went to pick up my DoorDash order and the first sight I see walking in, was the manager on duty (white woman with glasses), literally sittin on another man’s lap in the lobby. I got my order and came back about a hour later to see her on another man’s lap but this time the man had his hand in her pants… I can’t make this up

Place order online so I knew that it would be ordered correctly. Got the wrong order, but since Pizza Hut used DoorDash to deliver it, they wouldn’t come back and get it to replace it with the right order. When I tried to call the one 800 number no one can help me. They just transferred me to the store, but the store never answers the phone. When I got a hold of customer service, they hung up on me. Customer service not used. I’ll be ordering from other places from here on out.

I ordered a pizza to be ready at 5 PM because I had somewhere to be. I get to the restaurant at 5 PM and they couldn’t find my order. I show them the emails confirming my order at this location, and the guy said he didn’t know what happened to the order. The manager proceeds to say I saw that order earlier and erased it all while laughing. Nothing is funny sir. They gave no apology no nothing. Just an attitude
