Placed a order but when i got to the window the lady forgot to add it then she said oh yea i forgot and still gave me the wrong order I told her its was a combo i had asked for and her and the manager said she didnt hear it and that they couldnt fix it because i was at the window already when they were clearly the ones who messed up .This is the second time in one week my order has been messed up.The first time i ordered a combo but when i got home i noticed they forgot my side.The food is good but the service is horrible.

Five miles from my house, but drive twenty to Kenner Popeyes and they not five stars but ten stars. Hope franchise owners reach out for some discussion. 🤷‍♂️

Went for breakfast. Everything was hot. Chicken was fresh. But, the friendliness of the staff will make me return. Service was great.

This is the second time I came to this Popeyes and something was wrong with my order. The 1st night was superbowl night I ordered a two piece spicy white meat with red beans and rice and was given two pieces of meat and 4 biscuits I took a picture but deleted it out my phone.

Tonight I ordered the same thing and was given everything except the beans with my rice. I was given a container full of white rice only. It’s sad the we are here out of town working and are limited to be able to prep food for lunch due to living arrangements so we are left with having to eat out most of the time. It’s bothering when my order is wrong after spending my hard earned money and all I’m trying to do is get a decent meal. Popeyes do better and talk to your employees about being careless when it comes to giving people a messed up order.

Everything was find skin a little soggy but biggest thing was debris and trash in my dink. Like the machine hadn't been cleaned in a long time or whoever filled it had stuff all over their hands. Would not recommend this location.

A zero would be too much to rate this place. Terrible, terrible, terrible service. The food is generally good but the service is terrible they are extremely rude they don't care about the consumer.

I came from Georgia & i heard about this the only location that has breakfast & the breakfast is great, clean establishment! The manager Teesha is great she has a great attitude good energy she is a sweetheart!
