Ordered on the App, first time to this location. On the app, only lunch was listed so I assumed that was what was available. Once in the drive-thru, the drive-thru operator very rudely informed me that only breakfast was available and I would need to change my order. I was able to get my order replaced. This honestly would've not been a big deal, however being spoken to and treated as if I'm stupid because I didn't know that this location was only serving breakfast was not appreciated and very unnecessary and unprofessional.

this location is HORRIBLE!!!! I seriously do not understand what’s so hard about making sure the quality of food is up to par. They always put so much sauce on them new spicy wraps it’s ridiculous, you can’t even enjoy it. The food don’t be fresh and they have the nerve to always have attitudes.

After 10am we the people of Laplace should be able to get anything off of the menu not still being forced to get breakfast. Food should be ready. And if the food isn’t ready there should be an apology given! Not sending your customers away without any care in the world! Sick of yall , MANAGEMENT DO BETTER THE FOOD SHOULD BE READY. WHY ARE MANAGERS OUTSIDE SMOKING CIGARETTES WHEN FOOD IS NOT READY????

Went to Church's Chicken next door. It was very mild on spices and the best fried chicken I've had in a long, long time!!! The two sides, slaw and French fries were awesome as well. We did the drive through and took it to go. Don't know why Google wants me to review Popeyes. The Popeyes in our hometown douses the batter with black pepper, so you can't even taste the flavor of the chicken past the first bite.

The chicken wings are bombtastic, the Parmesan sauce and the sweet n spicy are delicious. The sweet tea tasted great.

The service was not the best. I asked for a refill on a sweet tea and they filled it with unsweet, which is fine, I told them this is unsweet and they argued with me. They took my cup and set it down and continued with other orders never to get back with me. I left. Unfortunate, could have been a 4-5 star review for them until that.

Worse experience ever at Popeye's . The employee at the window was very rude . I the customer asked for a home made lemonade and I wanted a large instead of her the cashier explaining that they only had one size. The cashier and another employee came over talking to me like I was illiterate.Then then manager came talking stupid I told them to take it off .why they gave me all of my money back .I still wanted the food just not the drink. Every last one of them needs to be terminated. I will not be returning poor customer service.

The store hours clearly says it closes at 10pm. I went inside at 9:25 and they rudely told me they were closed and ran me out. I went to the drive through and they took the order for the car in front of me then never responded when I pulled up. Stuff like this happens often with them. I wonder if the owner knows how terribly their restaurant is being operated.

Placed a order but when i got to the window the lady forgot to add it then she said oh yea i forgot and still gave me the wrong order I told her its was a combo i had asked for and her and the manager said she didnt hear it and that they couldnt fix it because i was at the window already when they were clearly the ones who messed up .This is the second time in one week my order has been messed up.The first time i ordered a combo but when i got home i noticed they forgot my side.The food is good but the service is horrible.

Five miles from my house, but drive twenty to Kenner Popeyes and they not five stars but ten stars. Hope franchise owners reach out for some discussion. 🤷‍♂️
