Sam's Southern Eatery

I ordered today for the first time. The food was delicious and I will return again.
The only thing is that I ordered potato salad and received French fries other then that the food was delicious

Except for the fries being cold, old and unedible it was delicious.

Since that original review I had to come back to talk a little more about Sam's!! A while back my mother and I wanted the fried green tomatoes but he didn't have any. He said he wasn't able to get them and I jokingly said to Sam well I can get them but you cooking them comes out much better. Sam told me that if I brought him some that he would cook them for us!! Well I did and then he did!!! Such an awesome guy to go above and beyond to make a customer happy 😊 His staff's always very friendly and they have always gotten our order right. If you are looking for great food and great service I highly recommend going there!! Thanks Sam for giving this town a great place to eat!! If I could give you 10 stars I would 😊 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’m a repeat customer and that alone speaks volumes. The food is real good. I’m addicted to their burgers, hands down the best. It’s definitely worth the travel to Laplace for! The owner is a good guy. He cares about his business, the quality of his food and his customers.

It's been awhile since I've been to Sam's, but their food is great. I highly recommend it. If you can find one, go to it. They have fried shrimp and fish and grilled shrimp and fish.😍😍😍 I don't appreciate that you spelled my name wrong. It's Daniel. All you got to do is look 😠😠😠

I called to find out where the My seafood was from going to send imported the lady hung up on me when I called back he told me she didn't know she didn't care she don't cook it and hung up on me again I called about the burgers to see why they didn't come with combos with the fries and she told me they did but I told the menu says different and she said that I was a liar and that I needed to look again and hung up on me called back and ask for a manager or supervisor and told me that she was the only employee there which means she's answering phones cooking and sweating all over everybody's food disgusting but why would you want us to come and eat there when one your employees can't respect you your customers the while you customer respect you so disrespectful that you have to have people work for you like this we ordered from y'all multiple times per month now you just lost stuff and won't be back The owner wants to say talk about other stores no talking about yours

If I could have left a review for under 1 star I would have. The service is deplorable !! Staff is so rude it's pathetic. Can't even answer questions about there menu. Nasty attitude and no customer service etiquette. I will NEVER order there again!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! When I asked to speak to a manager about the way I was treated I was hung up on!!
