This will forever be my favorite place I worked. I miss y'all like crazy I'm going to have to make a trip back to Louisiana to see y'all. The food was always good, the owner was so sweet and nice. A very respectable place to eat at or even work for.
No bad for a chain restaurant, only issue is the bread, I know this is a controversial issue. Generally New Orleans po boys have a harder crusty bread while central Louisiana has a softer texture. I am from New Orleans and the bread was soft.
I’m from Alabama and we are staying in LaPlace, LA. We wanted to try something different and so we decided to try this restaurant. The service is amazing, atmosphere is great, and the food is wonderful!! You better go with a hardy appetite because they give you a ton of food. The red beans and rice are to die for. ?
