We did an online order for smoothie bowls and they were water down. Manager was not empathetic when we called and told her about it and placed the blame on us even though we arrived right at the pick up time.

Absolutely horrible, I ordered a smoothie bowl online my pickup time was 15 minutes. When I came in to pick it up the bowl was completely melted and fruits were very soggy and mushy. When I asked for a refund they refused. Please don’t waste your time here your better off at a different location or going to playa bowl

Parking: 4 spots for smoothie king customers only and other spots if needed . The staff is unremarkable and so sweet and kind to all customers that enter the store . This is the only smoothie king I will go to because they clean and makes your smoothie the right way . I love the little cute notes they put on your cup . Love everyone from the workers to the owners ❤️ St. John parish is blessed to have an awesome place like this in our parish .

The best smoothie king I have ever been to! I live in the River Region and always make a point to go to this location when I am in LaPlace. Best staff. Best taste. Best service.

I always get a 20 oz. Muscle Punch w/ Butter Pecan Icecream ( + other add-ons) and it's always FIREEE, but today... it was TEWWW GOOD ? To whoever made it, I hope you get pleased every night.

If i could give 0 stars,and rate it i would,I usually visit the location when ever im passing through,but recently i found out some info about the ownersThey will no longer receive my BLACK dollar..African American make up over 10% of the consumer spending in this country,how dare the owners pull their weight around and get a black business removed because they dont like the crowd it brings,In America everyone have the right to own and operate a businessA petition will be started to the boycott of smoothie king laplace from every minority it can get reached too..

Smoothie yes KING no …more like an unhealthy joke . Without the processed juice included the smoothies they are really trash . This will be my last time buying this until they start using real ingredients . Tasteless mess and if you drink too much you will get sick …
