The cheese sticks were not good They were cold. They were out of onion rings. We went during happy hour and were charged full price for our drinks.

I only did 4 stars because of how the service was yesterday. I’m quite sure he wasn’t aware. Other than that it would’ve been a 5 mainly because of the manager Darien (spell check) I had an issue with my order & he made sure it was corrected & fulfilled properly for me this morning. He personally came out & spoke with me to make sure I’m good & all. Thank you Hunni! I appreciate the effort! Mwah!

The service and menu is pretty typical fast food drive-in fare. The burger I got was kind of sad looking, but tasted alright. I like their tots, but they were cold. Overall it wasn't bad, but it wasn't really good enough to keep me coming back for more. I get the impression that the treats are in their wheelhouse, but the food is kind of an afterthought.

I order the double sonic smasher combo. There was a long black strand of hair in my burger. The management was rude, she wasn’t wearing a hair net. The operator Samuel Daigle didn’t have no sense of urgency or care in his voice when I called him to report the issue. He hung up in my face twice. He sounded like he didn’t know what to say or do about this issue.

I want to give a special shot out to these workers. I left my debit card in the machine and didn't notice until hours later. I called at 9pm and the manager had the workers check EVERY stall until they found my card! The manager then locked in his desk until I came get it the next day. Thank you so much I cannot tell you how much I appreciate your staff going out of their way for me

I would not recommend anyone to go here service is horrible you will sit here for 30 minutes before you get your food then they mess up your order up went back and tell them they messed up the food and they never come out to fix they mistake will never go here again robots need to hurry up and take over so these lazy people can stay home and rely on the government

Brought me food not in a outer bag, I'm in small car with only 2 cup holders now I have to drive with a drink in my lap. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Ordered online bc we’re on a roadtrip and needed a quick bite to eat. When we got there, they came out and said they didn’t have lemonade. (Which was not noted on their app) We waited 15 minutes for our food which came out with several missing items. An entire order was missing and several sauce packets. We pushed the button to let them know items were missing. We waited 5 minutes and no response. We had to walk up to the window and knock on the door to get someone’s attention. When we listed the missing items, they said “oh we don’t have that.” Which once again, was not noted on their app. They then tried to give some response about how they were out of items and were waiting on a shipment tomorrow. Which was not needed in the moment. They did not offer to replace anything with something that WAS available until we said we needed food now.
Absolutely RIDICULOUS establishment with shitty workers who don’t know how to do their job.
