Today I went for some food from there an the food was disgusting an cold an I tried to order something else and they completely ignored me today was my last time going there. The employees were very disrespectful

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Ordered online bc we’re on a roadtrip and needed a quick bite to eat. When we got there, they came out and said they didn’t have lemonade. (Which was not noted on their app) We waited 15 minutes for our food which came out with several missing items. An entire order was missing and several sauce packets. We pushed the button to let them know items were missing. We waited 5 minutes and no response. We had to walk up to the window and knock on the door to get someone’s attention. When we listed the missing items, they said “oh we don’t have that.” Which once again, was not noted on their app. They then tried to give some response about how they were out of items and were waiting on a shipment tomorrow. Which was not needed in the moment. They did not offer to replace anything with something that WAS available until we said we needed food now.
Absolutely RIDICULOUS establishment with shitty workers who don’t know how to do their job.

I witnessed three discrepancies in 30 mins.
Negative attitude by staff, customer refund, and misplaced orders.
Here 30 min to see this and I only ordered limeade and a shake. 32 mins now
My order was not fixed tight. Cheeseburger with lettuce and tomatoes. They smothered it with mayo. The burger was hard and cold. The tater tots were freezer burned and cold.
I will never go back it made me sick! This was around 9.30 in the morning. Should have been fresh!

I can't believe how it's not as good as it was a yr. Ago. Something changed it's like not even hot anymore everything elseay be but the burger no cold. Don't taste as fresh as it use too..

In to big of a hurry to listen to my complete order. Then act like I don't want my change. I'm poor!!! Edit I feel your heart felt apology, but I'll just keep eating at Raising Cane's for lunch.
So I ordered pickle fries and on the menu board it has a picture with ranch on it and under the pickle fries order it says ranch. So I got my food checked the bag and it didn't have any ranch. So I politely pull back up to another stall that's closer and ask for some ranch and they say I had to pay for it. So I just said nevermind, on the way home it was bothering me. So I called n asked if the mozzarella sticks come with marinara and they said yes so if it comes with marinara as advertised on the menu under the mozzarella sticks and it's free then why is the ranch that is advertised the same exact way not free it's horrible it's fricken ranch.

I hate to change my review, but here we go. Sonic, what's going on? I always use the app because it's quicker for me, but it feels like the workers aren't doing their jobs. I put groovy sauce on my app order, but it wasn't in the bag. When I went back, they said I had to pay for the sauce because it's only free on the app. I get that, but I added it to my order – why should I be punished for doing everything right?
And it happened again today! The first time, I had to text the number on the receipt, and they called the location to get me the sauce. Having to keep dealing with this is a total waste of time. Plus, the new Grape Escape drink I got today was a disaster – it was just barely purple carbonated water, not grape at all.
I used to love coming to Sonic, but y'all need to stop messing up everyone's orders. It’s really killing the vibe.

Speakers, issues hearing, understanding. Slow. Cold food. Would not give me my food until they ran my credit card. Wouldn't upsell the fries. The drink I wanted isn't on the menu, can't order ahead. No longer charge the route 44 price for the off menu favs. They are a speciality item....? Didn't start our that way. When there's a meal deal why can't it be large fries and drink?
They forgot the nerds in the grape slushy!
How difficult would it be to have solar for the order boards and some solar in store. Be the first responsible water consumption fast food chain.
