Went there today 10/10/24.. I got the bacon chicken ranch.. service was good.. But the chicken looked as if it was out the can when I got it to work .. I tried to call me .. no answer.. And the bread was hard smh

Sach was my "sandwich artist" today - pay this man more! He was extremely respectful and calm while facing a rush of hungry, annoyed people. He took care of us quickly and also offered some suggestions for improving our sandwiches when we weren't totally sure what we wanted now that the menu has changed. Great staff really makes a place, good job.

Sandwich was dry, lady didn’t open the new toppings that had been placed out, she used old ones. Very rushing and lacking in husbandry. You’re better off going to Belle Terre.

Absolutely horrendous service. The frail old lady was extremely hostile and threatened to fight my family member when they told her that they still had an hour to closing. She is very lucky that she did not make good on her threats. Completely unbecoming behavior. The fact that she has a job is striking. She even berated her poor coworker who was a much nicer young lady. She complained about having to serve us to our faces and kept saying she couldn’t wait until 8:30 so she could close up shop. She gave attitude when we ordered something that wasn’t in stock (don’t know how we’re supposed to be aware of what they have on hand). Just an utterly abysmal experience from a classless worker who perhaps should consider retiring. Go somewhere else if you’d prefer to not have to get into an altercation just to order a subpar sandwich.
Not clean , no customer service, touched my sandwich with same glove she touched her phone with and got mad to told her to remake it, she soaked my sandwich in ranch i picked it up and it was seeping out

I’ve eaten there twice in the last two weeks and every time the bread was STALE. When I mentioned it the lady she became very hostile, and was impolite to my concern. I even took the bread and showed her that it was dry and stale that’s when her anger escalated !!Will never set foot in that place ever again.Save your money, Subway is stale not Fresh ?
