WORSE THAN MCDONALDS - Asianae & Debbie worked the drive thru today. The first order they messed up and I asked for a refund after waiting 30 minutes for the wrong order. Debbie said they don’t do refunds and when I asked they also told me the items I originally ordered were out of stock so they offered me something of lesser value. They made the replacement wrong then I had to go back … they made that one wrong too then proceeded to try again over 5 times until they got it right on #6. I spent an hour at Wendy’s and was robbed. Asianae was very sweet but big Debbie looked as if she was the reason for the food shortage. 10/10 would RUN. OH AND THE REPLACEMENT FOOD WAS OLD AND HARD‼️‼️‼️😭

Took forever to serve, they played around, didn’t even pay attention when I ordered. Worst ever
they only servr 1 or 2 cars at a time. turn off mike and wont servic next in line until window is cleared. very inpolite no receipt, tske 30 nminutes to get 1 hamburger. holds up the line. omce you are at the pickup window, ask you to pull up and they will bring food to you, because they cant find the person cooking the hamburgers, sad service, unfriendly workers. this place is going to the digs,

They make you wait 30+ minutes in line and when you finally get up to the menu to order they don’t even answer. Also make multiple cars pull up and wait for their food. Defeats the whole point of being a “fast” food chain.
