Got a to go order, to go drinks didn’t even come with a lid, the never have tea anymore, half the time they don’t have what you order and they served me my to go order in a paper tray that is used for inside orders. Older lady that took my order got it wrong 3 times and was rude. Didn’t give me my drink until I asked for it and she couldn’t even put a lid on it. Terrible service. Popeyes is too expensive to have bad service and no food

stood in line for 22 minutes I never in my life seen a slow place like this one. There was 2 wrong orders, a mobile order that was never done and when I placed my order of 12 mixed (half and half) they gonna tell me DoorDash was there before me which was a huge lie, so they ran out of chicken like really? This is the worst place I won't be back if I could I would of gave this place zero stars as they don't deserve it.

Came through the drive through ordered and they had no sides no cream potatoes and gravy, no Mac and cheese. If there are no sides why are they open at 10 am. And paid the price for sides. Also ordered 2 apple pies and didn't get them either.Parking: When you have to wait it's a small parking space.

If you want Popeyes do not go here are stop here these people are serving people any thing they gave me old chicken to as were the meat was hard and chewy and the grease had set in it look at this picture it's a 10-piece chicken strip they put it in a small box to make it look like it was more ... This is gross...I Call them and they didn't do anything thing about it very unprofessional
I have to say I am highly disappointed in the service at this location. First, I place an order that is currently advertised both online and in store, and am told they no longer offer it. Second, I ordered coleslaw...out, ok then Mac and Cheese...out...all while being talked to like a child by someone whom I could only assume was barely over 18. On top of it all, what I finally could and did order...they still screwed up...but at least it was good.

Since the reopening after the storm they have been sub par, alway out of this or that . Went one evening and was told all they had was shrimp from the afternoon so I asked how long of a wait for chicken and was told they didn't have a cook so all they had was shrimp

Service was slow (one person in front of us), order taken incorrectly, items left off when served, manager annoyed when asked for ketchup, and something slick on floor that nearly caused me to fall. Terrible experience and we'll avoid Popeyes for the foreseeable future.
