Went through drivethru when the lady caught an attitude while placing my order, got up to pay lady still caught attitude with me. When I got my order I had to go back because after repeating my order several times and her repeating it back to me the wrong food was still given out.

Passing thru to get lunch. Burgers were hot and tasty but we ordered onion rings and was given french fries and no ketchup and not 1 napkin. Employees not paying attention

I ordered an original chicken sandwich meal. The bread was horribly stale and the lettuce was wilted and brown. The French fries were also cold. It was so bad that I’m writing a review….thats bad

The night crew were awesome we walked in almost close to closing time , they let use come in and sit down and we tried the crunch wraps dropped fresh and the fries were on point . Thanks for the impressionable time we had that evening. It was the best experience I had from a restaurant like this because their hospitality was great at the time we needed to actually sit down and eat and we we not rushed out . Thanks again you guys I hope you all have a blessed week.

this place is horrible .. attitudes are always negative especially night shift .. i feel so uncomfortable ordering bc your getting rushed the whole time .. just a very unpleasant experience overall

To be fair, before I posted this review, I did give burger king a complaint on their website with no response or acknowledgement. So here goes!
Visited here late may of 2025, and was hungry as I had been on duty in the ambulance for a while. Well I go in for a meal and I wanted a shake! I ask first thing for the shake, and the gentleman behind the register said he wasn't making shakes right now. Strange, but okay I won't argue. My meal was absolutely horrid. The fries were absolutely stale, the burger dried out maybe a day ago. Asked for no mayo, it appeared to have extra mayo. Then I was told after going to get my fountain drink there was no ice in the front. I asked if he could get me some ice from the back, and was told that's against his policy. While I'm waiting for my order another customer who was dining in goes to the register and orders a VANILLA SHAKE. And low and behold it was made for him within seconds. Absolutely unacceptable from a place I frequent. Makes me wonder why burger king has always been avoided. 🤢 But BK you did have a chance to address this and after calling your store a couple times and being hung up on to speak with a manager... I'm just disappointed.

Stood in line for 10 minutes to order, never got to order and they were taking 30 minutes to serve you after your order. Only had 1 person working the drive thru and front counter together

The employees were so loud we had to talk louder to hear each other sitting at the same table. Our fries were halfway filled. No extra tomatoes which we ordered and paid extra for. Not enough lettuce to see without searching for it. On the other hand, the meal was hot.

I brought back two badly burnt burgers to request a refund. The cashier was very nice about it, but when the manager came over, he claimed that the burgers were supposed to look that way. I explained that I had never received a burger that looked like this before, and he ended up throwing them away. He mentioned that he issued the refund, but I haven't received it yet. I believe the cashier should be considered for a promotion to manager because she recognized that those burgers should not have been served to a customer.

The woman taking our order was being really rude when taking our order it seemed like she didn’t want to be there, the floors where hard to walk on but everything else was good

Place filled with smoke to an almost unbearable level twice! The food order was wrong. Trash can at the front entrance was overflowing onto the front area.
