Rude workers! Pulled up to the drive thur oder box and was rushed to place our order because of being on a timer. Paid for food and was told that the receipt machine was broken... Go to pull up and the only car in Front of us is stopped back from the pickup window. We waited...then my husband went and asked them why they hadn't move forward. They were told not to pull all the way to the window as to not run the timer! When we pulled up to the window, we got a scolding from the women at the window for asking why the car hadn't pulled up! The workers are tricking the system. Rude and Obnoxious workers! Won't be back!

On 10-27-2024 at 12:28pm I pulled into the drive through to get my kids a cheeseburger kids meal and was told to hold on when I got to the speaker. After sitting there for 8 minutes my wife told me to go next door to Taco Bell instead. I usually won’t take time out of my day to leave a honest review but this happens way too regularly. I need to just become a secret shopper for these fast food places. They want more money but can’t do the job.

Went in there for lunch on Sunday,November 24.I ordered drom the Kiosk,but was told to pay at rhe counter.Stood there for 10 minutes like I did not even exist.I finally got someones attention to ask about my order and got rudely brushed off.Horrible customer service,and I give this place my business,NO MORE.NEVER BEEN TREATED WITH SUCH DISRESPECT

All I needed was a piece of pepper jack cheese but the app doesn't allow you to get it your cheeseburger tried when I got there all they could ring me up for was a regular piece of cheese, but would not give me the pepper jack. And they were out of spicy chicken fries
