I know this is Taco Bell not a family owned Mexican Restaurant. The last three times we went over the last few months they for the order wrong despite it being right on the screen. The last two times we visited they were out of ground beef. As far as Taco Bell’s go this one borders abysmal.

This is my favorite Taco Bell! The one in Hammond is actually closer to me but I prefer to drive to this one. I'm vegan and there's not many places that I can get food from, quickly.. and I always order the same thing, which is the spicy potato tacos. And if I am to compare what my taco looks like at the Hammond location compared to this location, 🤔as a matter of fact, I might go buy one from Hammond and take a picture comparing it to this locations tacos JUST to post for this review.. BECAUSE IT LITERALLY BLOWS MY MIND HOW THE SAME RESTAURANT FRANCHISE CAN MAKE THE SAME TACO TWO DIFFERENT WAYS... JUST SO YALL CAN see that TACO BELL AT LIVINGSTON actually putS contents in my taco!!!! AND THEY ALWAYS GIVE ME GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! THEY'RE POLITE, AND THEY SMILE.. AND AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE PROFESSIONAL, MYSELF, I VERY MUCH APPRECIATE THIS ASPECT. So, it is worth the drive to come here instead of Hammond. Every time I go to Hammond, they make the skimpiest tacos I have ever seen. Not to mention, one time I ordered 10 tacos At Hammond and they gave me 4 mild sauce. 🤦🤷They always make me beg for mild sauce everyTime I go.. BUT NOT AT THE LIVINGSTON LOCATION. So, I APPRECIATE THIS Taco Bell ever so much! The quality of the food is better here and so is the service. Thank y'all very much!

Their fryer oil is always burnt, so don’t get any chips.. and if you order a drink make sure they don’t charge you for two.. it happens a lot

Adam was amazing and helped assist me from the start. Even though we ran into a few issues the night was packed from the fair. But not only do they make it right. The fourth meal is always it's BEST 😋 Love the new location, such a clean and nest fast food restaurant. My boys were completely satisfied!

I love this Taco Bell! I rather drive an extra few miles to go to Livingston rather than the one in Hammond. One time in Hammond, I ordered 10 tacos and they gave me four mild sauces.. I literally have to beg for sauce every time I go there, not to mention, the one in Livingston makes the tacos so much better and puts so much more in them. I'm a vegetarian so the only thing I eat there is the spicy potato tacos. They actually fill them up. And Hammond, they are so scarce and pitiful.. would like three potatoes in them. Thank yall for great service!.. not to mention they're really nice every time I go.
The pizza tasted like cleaner and I paid for cinnamon delights and didn’t get them.

Taken 45 minutes to get 5 things and watched 5 other people and two of them be family’s and they got there food before me luckily I have a buddy that works here so when he came in I told him I have gotten my food and I been here 45 minutes and he made it in less then 5 minutes I come here very often but today was horrible.

When a 5 layer burrito cast $6 I expect to actually get what I ordered including any extras I added to it and paid for not two empty cold torillas with a glaze of ground meat and a sprinkle of shredded cheddar. No nacho cheese no beans not even hot.

Automated system helps to not get orders confused. Unlike other reviews I've never had an issue with staff. Always quick and friendly. Highly recommend Livingston location over Walker. Drinks are NEVER flat here!
