I love this Taco Bell! I rather drive an extra few miles to go to Livingston rather than the one in Hammond. One time in Hammond, I ordered 10 tacos and they gave me four mild sauces.. I literally have to beg for sauce every time I go there, not to mention, the one in Livingston makes the tacos so much better and puts so much more in them. I'm a vegetarian so the only thing I eat there is the spicy potato tacos. They actually fill them up. And Hammond, they are so scarce and pitiful.. would like three potatoes in them. Thank yall for great service!.. not to mention they're really nice every time I go.

Taken 45 minutes to get 5 things and watched 5 other people and two of them be family’s and they got there food before me luckily I have a buddy that works here so when he came in I told him I have gotten my food and I been here 45 minutes and he made it in less then 5 minutes I come here very often but today was horrible.

When a 5 layer burrito cast $6 I expect to actually get what I ordered including any extras I added to it and paid for not two empty cold torillas with a glaze of ground meat and a sprinkle of shredded cheddar. No nacho cheese no beans not even hot.

Automated system helps to not get orders confused. Unlike other reviews I've never had an issue with staff. Always quick and friendly. Highly recommend Livingston location over Walker. Drinks are NEVER flat here!

Accidentally forgot my $500 headphones at a table and came back a couple hours later when I realized—staff had found them and kept them safe for me for about two hours. Really appreciate the honesty and helpfulness.

This is honestly the worst Taco Bell location. I usually give fast food places grace cause I know what it’s like working at one but the people at this location ALWAYS leave items out of my order. It never fails. Every single time I go, or if I send my husband to get the food. Then they ALWAYS have a terrible attitude. I don’t expect fast food workers to be perky and happy but to be outright rude all the time. Come on now. I guess it could be the workers on shift since I usually order from this location during night and evening. I honestly won’t be returning to this location anymore. Been disappointed way too many times.
