I did and online order. I had extra cheese meatball sub. With lettuce, tomato, mayo, onions less banana peppers, cause they go overboard sometimes, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese. There was no cheese. No lettuce. Huge cuts of onions. Soggy tomatoes. This sandwich just was entirely horrible. I quit going in months ago because of this. Decided to try it again. Still horrible. Normally don’t say anything but can’t keep wasting money. Because I definitely don’t feel like driving back up there today.
Hours show closing at 9pm. Went to get a sandwich at 8:30pm and the door was locked and lights are still on.
The redhead behind the counter used the same gloves they touched the money with to make my sandwich
The girl behind the counter has 0 customer service skills, it takes very little effort to acknowledge that your customer is standing at the counter when nobody else is in the building. She gives them impression that the customer being in the building is an inconvenience for her. This small community is just waiting for a competitor sandwich company to open up and Subway will be out of business overnight.

Girl behind the counter took money with gloves on and then preceded to make sandwich’s with dirty gloves on. Wasn’t spoken to for over 10 minutes. After they took my order they completely ignored my mom who was also trying to order. Very disappointed.

Staff is polite except for the manger. She is very rude and seems to be rude to her workers also.

Always a great place to stop by and get a sandwich made with fresh ingredients.Love there roasted chicken teriyaki sandwich.Recommend Subway highly.

Walking in the door was yelled at for mask while on the phone. I would not feed my dog the food they serve

Getting a bit old they took away roast beef all together witch I feel that is a bad move for Jared and his 12”Team
By far the worst customer service. I placed an online order which consisted of a steak and cheese with 3X protein, Xpepper jack cheese, Xspinach, XPickles. My friend returns with my order and there's little to no meat, zero cheese, a few pickles, and a little spinach. I return to the store and ask for my Xcheese with Xmeat and the employees immediately say "I made that order and I know I placed the cheese" i open the sandwich to show there is no cheese at all and the employee begins to get argumentative and reluctant to do anything at all and just tells me to call the owner if I have an issue. I am very displeased this is my first and last time spending money at this establishment. Poor customer service
