I had my first lunch special today, and was quite disappointed.It was hamburger steak and mashed potatoes. The hamburger steak and bread was hard as a rock- salad wet and soggyI usually half my lunch and eat the second half for dinner or the next day.The hamburger steak was so disappointing. I probably will throw the other half away.Maybe this was just a bad day. I will another day’s special before I make a decision if I’ll go back for their lunch specials.
Tod's has been a wonderful local dive for many, many years! You're never disappointed with whatever you order from his daily specials in the kitchen or cuts of fresh meats from the deli. And, you certainly can't go wrong with a Big Tod w/fries! Definitely worth stopping in, checking it out and leaving with something delicious.
