I made an order over the phone as I’ve done multiple times before. I was told my order would be ready in 35-40 mins. When my boyfriend arrived to pick up our food they asked if he was at the wrong restaurant because they didn’t have the order. He walked out and called me to confirm where I ordered from and when he walked back in they found the order that had never been turned into the kitchen.
