Hands down the best barbecue in Louisiana without a doubt it’s very addictive if you go once you will be back ( 5 stars )Parking: Lots of business so sometimes the parking is tight .Kid-friendliness: No cursing or foolishness order and leave.Wheelchair accessibility: No steps you are able to easily get in.

Ok you HAVE to understand, this is a shack with a counter, not a restaurant. There's a few places you can sit waiting for your order, no AC, and often you wait in line outside to get in and place an order. And it's honestly worth the wait. My coworker & I have been there a few times. The ribs are ok, sausage is store bought but done well, but the STAR of the show is the brisket. Tender, VERY well prepared, great smoke, good sauce, it's honestly the best I've had in N Louisiana. Being originally from Texas, I'm well versed & picky about barbecue, and this is as good as I've found in the area. By far! Sides are minimal, skippable really. We just go for the half lb of sliced brisket & a canned soda then find some shade somewhere. It's inexpensive as barbecue goes @ $10 and if really good barbecue beef brisket is your thing, this will be your place!

Good and filling. I especially love the chicken wings and pig feet's. It not a sit down it's a take and go. The owners are friendly

The chicken legs are fall off the bone delicious!!!! The beans are phenomenal!! The potato salad is very sweet and tangy (not used to the odd taste). The ribs are a little tough but have a good flavor. The sausage is VERY GOOD!!!! I only wish they had additional BBQ sauce flavors!! The sweet potato/pumpkin? pie has way too much nutmeg which makes it too "flavorful" to eat. The lemon cake was TO DIE FOR!!WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!

I ate here a few years ago and I'll never forget it! The next time I get down that way, I'm gonna stop and have some more great food and that sweet potato pie...it's to die for!You won't be disappointed!!!

This is my preferred bbq place in Mansfield. They have the best bbq sauce. They have been in business for years, and they know what they are doing when it comes to bbq.

David, has excellent fall off the bone ribs. We didn't get to try the brisket because they had run out, we will definitely be back to try.Side note: a guy walks in and says he's paying for everyone's food. Apparently they have a poster of him on the wall, famous or something. God is good.

We got there around 130 or so. Plate lunches were gone. Sliced beef sandwich on white bread was ok. Meat was a little fatty for me. The beans were good. The owners were friendly.

Good old fashioned barbecue place. Oldest continuous restaurant in Mansfield. CASH ONLY! Brisket was fantastic and friendly service. Very popular and usually a line at the door, with people eagerly awaiting the food and service inside. Parking is very tight, so you want to get here early. Will definitely return!
