I'm with healthcare express out of Shreveport. we have been trying out food truck Fridays and this week we're we blessed with Black Smoke BBQ. the prices were great, the food was amazing and the service was the best! such a wonderful business.

I happened to be at Walmart on Bert Kouns on Tuesday in which there were a lot of food trucks in celebration of Fat Tuesday. I got a Smoke Sausage Sandwich since they had run out of pulled pork. I paid $8.80 for a piece of a sausage link cut in half between two pieces of white bread. The sausage tasted like it was a cheap brand instead of good quality meat. It was an expensive snack and a waste of my hard earned money.

I had the pulled pork nachos for the first time last weekend and OMG it was so good and flavorful! I highly recommend it and more from their menu. Your tastebuds will be glad you tried it and will crave even more! Bon appetit, let’s eat.????

Take out was delicious! I ordered the Brisket and it was enough for 2! Best Brisket I have ever had. I want them to cook my Thanksgiving Turkey. I will contact them on Thursday when they are back in Mansfield.
Oh yeah!!! They came with a food truck to our AT&T store and lawdddddd the brisket nachos are the TRUTH.
