I visited McDonalds on 6/21/2025, I order the McCrispy tender meal. I received my order via drive thru cause I was on my lunch break. I made it back to work and started eating my food, the 1st chicken strip I actually bit into and it was very rubbery so I set it aside and grabbed the other and decided to break it apart and it was raw in the side. I left work to take them back, I went on the inside to return them, no acknowledgment, no apology just a simple refund for the strips only, I informed her that I had the meal and didn’t want none of it and wanted a refund for what I paid. She stated they have a timer for the chicken, well apparently they’re not using it for the tenders to be undercooked.

The other day I went thru the drive thru. When I pulled up the the speaker I wasn't met with the normal saying " hi or hello welcome McDonald's." May I take your order? The person at the first windows was very short and unprofessional even when I'd pulled around to pay she was RUDE and a SNOB. The only good thing was the girl that was handing out the food she was nice and friendly. She even she please and thank you. Also when I got my food she said have a nice day and be safe

Order through the app and picked up curbside. Order was exactly as we Ordered and came out quickly. With points and special, we only paid under 6 dollars for 2 adults and one small child.

I went to eat here with my family and will definitely not be returning. They forgot multiple items, had to argue over my daughter not getting a drink with her Happy Meal and they charged us for a chocolate milkshake that we never got and then wanted to argue over it as well. The food was cold by the time we got everything we paid for. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to.
