I had to go inside to get my drive thru order. I was asked to pull forward and then they just forgot I was there. The staff was very surprised when I came inside and started asking each other about my order.

My breakfast sandwich was fresh and good considering it was late for breakfast. The customer service needs some work. No "may i help you. " No "thank you. " Just took my kiosk slip to ring up my payment and walked off. And no, it wasn't busy. My bag was sat on the counter and no "thank you " or offer of condiments.

Never order for curbside pickup. They messed up a 60 dollar order. Went inside and it was still wrong when I got home. Worst customer service, they did not care. Just wanted to get rid of us.

Had a craving for an ice-cream cone. pulled in & waited 20 min. to place order, It was taken price was given, we rounded up. Finally got to product window (almost 30 min total), then were informed the machine was being cleaned! THIS WAS AT 12:40. Seemed to me this busy time is a poor managerial choice to let anyone clean the unit. We were offered shakes, which we did not want, we got a refund, less the round up, & drove thru towards Texas.Parking: crowded & poor choice & wasted time!
