Placed an order at this location for pickup. The order was confirmed through Door Dash. Not only do I arrive to restaurant closed/closing and my order cancelled at a moments notice. Four other people were having the same issue as me in the parking lot. Workers were still in the building closing down.. seeing their customers at the door unwilling to communicate. I read through the reviews with this location and it’s nothing new apparently. Store time posted on the door says it closes at 10:30pm but everyone is out the door 8:30PM. Most be short staffing but I would like my refund back.

We live in another city and haven't been to this Pizza Hut buffet in years! We were not disappointed! The salad bar was well stocked for a side salad and the pizza bar was frequently restocked. Our waitress, Michantwana, was friendly and checked on us for refills. We will definitely be back when we're in Many!

Thos is the most unprofessional unpleasant place ever i wish I could give less stars the women in there are rude I had to come back twice because they kept messing up my order! Whats sad is this is the closest place to eat from my job they need new happy people

I ordered a small thin crust pizza with bell peppers, pepperoni, sausage, mushroom, onion and extra cheese. It was a complete rip off and suggested of course. First and last time. Taste and looked like cardboard. No cheese or anything else. Like I said a rip off for cardboard. I live here and would do business but not at that value. That pizza was pathetic.

Ordered food for delivery while staying in town. The pizza arrived 40 minutes late burnt and cold. As there are no other options here in this town. I ordered a second night giving them the benefit of the doubt and my food never got delivered even after being marked as delivered for 42 minutes. I called and asked for a refund. Got put on hold for a manager three times. Never got to speak to anyone other than some kid working the phone and just got a “Oh Well sorry” so I’m now out $20 and no food. Thanks Pizza Hut!
Ordered some cheese sticks with my points.. Went 2 hours later to pick them up and they couldn’t find order r give me no more. Someone ate them even though they were free, they were mine. Then I ordered a 32.00 order and 2 pizzas was wrong got all the way home, call bck and it’s always no manager there to do anything. I been emailing them they responded like 3 weeks ago and asked for receipt and everything I sent it and still nothing. Place need new everything! Never use your points and go a hour later r so, they will eat the food and do nothing about it. I lost out twice!

I did a online order ,ordered regular classic marinara sauce with my pizza they put sweet marinara sauce on it ,just ruined my whole pizza I hate sweet marinara sauce I was to far away by the time I realized to bring it back for a refund.Dont know if employees intentionally did this because they thought I would like it or if it was a accident either way they have to follow instructions.

Ordered pizza at 7pm was told my delivery be to me by 735pm and it never arrived account no driver. So I called at 8pm to see where my order was well was told they had no drivers and I could come get my order and said they tried to call me but I never received the call. So I show up and come to find out they canceled my order after saying it was ready so had to wait another 45 min for my order not very satisfied

Went in a little late close to closing with very low expectations. I was greeted atthe door and told . She would be with me in a moment. As I waited I notice it was only this lady making pizzas and running front of house. She was very polite and attentive. Evem tho she was very busy. I was pleasantly surprise. This lady deserves a promotion. It's difficult to find good customer service in this day. I'd say this is customer service and someone should feel when they choose to give their business. Thank you very much

I placed an order for 2 menu priced pizzas and when I got there to pick them up, I was told that they had gave them away to another customer so they made me 2 more but they rushed them cause my food look like slop and cut it so big, you can get 3 slices out of that one big slice…….I done drove all the way home and I’m very upset
