Went to order my food until all of a sudden a very rude lady told me to “ lower my voice “ … worst experience i had being my first time. Maybe her headset was too loud but that was very rude don’t appreciate her. Need to close this location down due to all the negative comments or get new people!!

Why don't they have any shrimp? It's on the menu and they were rude when I tried to order any item with shrimp. If you don't carry a menu item, then remove it.

Unmitigated disaster of a restaurant. Employees stand around loudly cursing and joking while customers wait for food. The restaurant is always filthy. Multiple menu items are regularly unavailable because “the equipment is broke” or “we don’t have any cooked/thawed/etc”. And everything you ask for yields a response as if it’s a colossal inconvenience to the employee.

What an awful restaurant. Just awful.

They need a whooping for this mess. When I turned in, my spider sense was telling me to go to Southern Classic instead but my pockets were telling me to get that $6.99 meal deal that they have going on. I drive up to the box and ask what's in the special. With much attitude she tells me, "Sir, it's nothing but a 2 piece. " I tell her my order. I get to the window and the manager was there. Nice lady. As she was giving me my box, my spider sense was going off strong but I couldn't figure out why. When I get almost home, it hits me! The box wasn't hot or greasy which means that the chicken was old and wasn't cooked recently. When I got home. It was just as I thought. The chicken was older than my great grandma, so cold that it would give Jack Frost frost bite, and dryer than desert sand. The rice in the dirty rice was hard. The biscuit was cold and hard. This was a shame. I have to admit though. The manager at the window was really kind. I wish she had been kind enough to give me fresh food instead of something that my Chihuahua wouldn't eat. Instead of going here, save your money and go across the street to Southern Classic.

I paid 30+ dollars for the 8 piece family combo and when DoorDash delivered it they gave me 7 small wings and a drumstick. This is ridiculous!! I tried to call and no one answered the phone.

Let me start by saying puting 8 wings in a 16 piece family box of chicken is in called for second only one leg the size of a hot wing almost burnt chicken forgot two of my sides the people inside while I was ordering was very impatient why I try to figure out how much to feed my family. Third there was a whole leg quarter in my chicken very disappointed with my visit most likely will be the last time I order chicken. I also can't get any one to answer the phone to explain what happened so I will be contacting corporate office tommrow

I’ve never been to a fast food place this horribly slow and poorly run. Even if you mobile order, they don’t start making the food until you get there, and I swear every time I’ve come they’ve taken a minimum of 20 minutes, and that isn’t even during rush hour. Always check your food before you leave too, they’re bad about forgetting what you ordered.
