I ordered at 2:14 and I never got my food till 2:50. Car hop kept walking past me and they had already said that my order was on the way

Lady that took order was very polite and helpful Got to window and a young man too payment and then left window Another lady brought meals to window. Double meat Cheeseburger was to have no cheese.. had part of cheese on meat like cook out it on them realized it was not suppose to have cheese so took it off. Single hamburger was terrible. Meat was cold and I had to take off the bottom bun because it was either old or bad. The onion rings were ok but not up to usual standard. Tater tots were good and hot. I didn't realize until I got home that I never received my change which should have been $5.02.... So disappointed in lack of consistency. Last time we got burgers they were great . You never know.

I'm not from here I'm out of town working here and sonic is my fav but this location was not a good experience. I asked for a exlong coney hot dog with onions, relish, lil mayo and cheese, if I could send pictures you would see why I was upset. They threw so much relish, and mayo was piled up on there, really no onions or cheese and I could bare get to the hotdog, my fries was so old and refried, my blue ocean water had more syrup flavor in it then soda, I don't know what was going on just a total disaster, nobody wants to throw away they food because it looks disgusting to eat. Thus will be my last experience with this location.

Had Two people pull up on either side of me 5 mins after i had already hit my red order button and they had their orders taken before mine I ended up leaving after the 2nd person that arrived after me had their order taken. I'll drive 30 mins out of my way for Sonic from now on. I sure do wish we still had a DQ.

You shouldn't have stalls open and scanning orders to bring the delivery time down if you don't have the carhops to cover them. I would encourage owners to get to get involved in hiring of the people that make their businesses run. This place Is in need of improvement. Whoever the owners are I would get on top of this before your investment runs south.

I always seem to find the busted stall. I waited over 5 minutes in stall 8 to get an answer from pushing the red button. I finally stopped a very helpful car hop who took my order manually. I appreciated that.

I stopped at this Sonic on my way to work this morning and was pleasantly surprised at how great their customer service is! I live in the Shreveport area and you just can’t find southern hospitality like that around that area. My car hop Malasha (I hope I spelled that correctly ink is going out) was great and very friendly and the best part is my order was correct!
