Completely shocked I'm not a big McDonald's person once in a great while I'll crave a Big Mac I went there It was probably the worst Big Mac I've ever had in my life have you ever had anything and once you ate it you said I have no desire to ever eat one of those again This experience did that to me. The burger did not seem like it was cooked very well The meat seemed like it'd been in that tray for too many hours and the service of McDonald's is never good. I'm officially going to have to write McDonald's off luckily where I live there's a hamburger place called Griff's it's spectacular and it's cheaper and it's quality. Plus McDonald's charges way too much for food that is not worth the quarter what you pay everybody knows this but they're going to gouge you and get all they can because of McDonald's and that's what they do. They do have good Dr pepper though. Look at the response from the owner is the same when they give everybody they take no responsibility just like you see on all social media about McDonald's the owner shows the same thing here they don't care they just hit copy and paste. I'm assuming this is a franchise shame on you if you are and if you're not shame on the corporate for allowing this to happen. If you want McDonald's really bad just drive a little further and go to the next one stay away from this one as bad as McDonald's is this place will make you think it's even worse.

Went inside to order so that my order was not missing items , and sure enough they forgot items anyways even with going inside. The soda machines were absolutely disgusting and it smelled so bad like homeless people inside . The tables were filthy and the people working there acted like we were bugging them when asking for the items that were missing. The food was decent for a McDonald’s, but McDonald’s food, is McDonald’s food but cleanliness and accuracy of orders should not be an issue for a food establishment
