Worst Wendy’s on the planet! Can’t get an order right to save their own life! Food is ice cold after waiting 20 minutes for it , the employees are rude and act like you are bothering them by being there, sorry to say but without customers you don’t have a job!!!!

This place definitely gives Wendy’s a bad reputation. I should’ve turned around when I walked in and there was no one at the register, about 5/6 employees piled up by where the fries cook, two people ahead of me and no one acknowledged the customers. Bc the employees were piled by the fries I seen fries sitting were sitting in containers to be taken so I knew i wouldn’t get hot fries. “Kamorah” finally arrived to take orders. Got my cup for soft drink, not a bit of carbonation, cold fries and the mayo on my sandwich was texture of water. $10.08 wasted.
People, go next door to Juneaus that work like they get a percentage of sales and the food is dynamite! Shame on you Wendy’s!

Ordered a meal for me and my two children. We ordered in the drive thru. We were told to pull up and wait for our order which I didn’t mind. But after two cars behind me got their food first and also another car that pulled up 5 min after got there’s right away I began to become impatient. The cook was nice and seemed rushed but he told me my order was coming up soon. We waited about 20 min in total. He apologized for the wait and I went on my way. But you’d think after waiting so long our fries would have been piping hot but they were lukewarm and they didn’t put one of the dipping sauces in one of our orders. Usually Wendy’s is very good but I just found the wait to be ridiculous this go round.

Stopped in about 10:45 on 6/10 and food was horrible. Asked for spicy nuggets and got regular. Both burgers were cold and bit into a hard piece of lettuce. Meat wasn’t even hot. You could tell because the cheese looked fresh out the pack. Bacon was old. It was just disgusting
Went to get something to eat and the fries was cold and I paid for a bacon double stack and my burger had no bacon. I've never had service like this there and was very disappointed.

3 times I was in the drive through now and all 3 times they had several vehicles pulled up in front waiting on food. I get my food and can't go anywhere for all the vehicles blocking the way. Not a single employee goes outside to move the line forward. Piss poor
