Usually I have great service here. This particular day I waited nearly an hour and ended up with cold food. No apologies. No thank you. Nothing. The young people that work there should be trained in customer service just as much as how to take orders and make the food.

This location needs some serious help. If I could give it negative stars I would. I don't even know where to start with the bad experience. The staff ignores people waiting at the counter to place orders. No ice or no carbonation in any of your drink machines at noon on a Saturday? The person making the burgers wasn't wearing gloves. Nothing was clean. I mean nothing. I had to ask for a new cup because the one that I was given had been used. It took over 30 mins to get our food. Whoever owns this location seriously needs to look at your management and the re-training your employees. If we hadn't been traveling through from Texas we would have left. Extremely concerned that we all may end up with food poisoning from your restaurant.

I have been to several McDonald's across this great nation and have had both good and bad experiences. This site has been pleasant each time. From the customer service of the worker's in both the drive thru as well dining in. They have a clean building and fast service.

If your thinking your going to stop in for some “fast food” think again . You will be burning a whole gallon of gas while you wait over 30 minutes for food . It’s so bad the line of people waiting for food has made its way back around the building back to the drive through . Worst McDonald’s EVER. The only reason it has a good atmosphere is because the people who were waiting in the lobby with me but we all had to wait 30 minutes just to order the worst McDonald's I've ever been to I don't never go here there were two managers sitting outside there was nobody for the front counter, the fries were cold and the Nugget seems like they sat there for 30 minutes I was here about 3:00 the teenager at the front was very rude so I asked for a manager and she was really sweet
