Super nice guy operating Shannon's Butcher food truck. I split a 2 meat plate with turkey and brisket with my friend. The turkey was very moist with excellent smoke flavor. Best turkey I've ever had. Brisket was also delicious. The potato salad was very good. They've done a great job creating a nice inviting place to sit outside while providing shade in the old gas station. Would definitely recommend this place!

Parking: Although it's on main Street in town, they have parking on the side of the building.
