Super nice guy operating Shannon's Butcher food truck. I split a 2 meat plate with turkey and brisket with my friend. The turkey was very moist with excellent smoke flavor. Best turkey I've ever had. Brisket was also delicious. The potato salad was very good. They've done a great job creating a nice inviting place to sit outside while providing shade in the old gas station. Would definitely recommend this place!
Right in the heart of the town of Many. They have a great menu of amazing food. It's top notch! There is unique outdoor area for people to sit and enjoy conversations with friends and family. We love it.

They have some of the best food! Very tender meats and everything tastes absolutely delicious.
Very sweet and kind people too! And I really like the outdoor atmosphere and antique furniture.
I HIGHLY recommend eating here! You'll never be disappointed!
