OMgosh y’all! Wanted a new place to eat in Many, LA today & we found a gem. Shannon (who is man) makes the best tasting and extremely tender brisket we have ever had. Love the BBQ sauce as well. He says they will be moving the food truck into town soon and will have picnic tables (we can’t wait). We will definitely be going back to try the ribs and sausage. GREAT FOOD SHANNON! Ladies working in the food truck are as good as gold :-)
