This has to be the worst Sonic! Dirt!!!! Stalls don't work, sometimes drive thru doesn't work, sometimes no ice cream or whatever. Room temp food and fries! It's filthy inside and out!! If Sonic was my brand I would close this location, until they can clean up there act!

Pulled up and went to use the bathrooms, was told there are no customer bathrooms, even though there is a restroom sign and I walked into them from the side of the building. Consequently I left without ordering anything and went elsewhere.

the manager was rude and inconsiderate to (us) the customers needs. The store was open and she said they weren’t. We came back at the time she said they opened and she said they were still closed. Luckily an employee helped us out but we could hear her trash talking and complaining in the background. Nobody i know has a good experience with the place. The food is good but the management is terrible and the people are lazy. And get this they refuse to work the drive ins! It’s been months they say it’s drive thru only. They refuse to use the app to order or pickup and they will do the BARE MINIMUM. Do better sonic.

Is this the worst sonic ever? I believe so.

The app is always turned off so you can't order ahead or receive deals. If you park at a stall you're told that the location only does drive-thru orders. The location is so poorly planned that there's a traffic bottleneck preventing you from even getting to an exit and leaving the lot. Of course, all of that bad service is contingent upon them actually being open during their posted business hours.

If I could do 0 stars I would! The manager is extremely rude. My order was wrong three times on one burger. Then the manager tried saying I didn’t specify when I only take one ingredient off which I would’ve obviously remembered to specify to take it off when allergic to it. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! NEVER AGAIN!
