Paragons Casino Host need to Treat their long time (since opening) patrons with RESPECT. I used to LOVE going there..now not so much :( Also there have been A LOT of cuts to many of us long time patrons..need to Treat us a LOT better than what is occurring.

My husband and I booked a room to celebrate our anniversary and to leave our kids for the first time overnight. We were so excited. We initially booked through the paragon but then rebooked through Travelocity for a better rate for the same room. For two weeks I tried calling the number listed in the email to cancel reservations—always hold music or the option to leave a message for a call back. I left multiple messages, no call back. Finally the week of Thanksgiving someone answered. I was on the phone for 15 minutes and kept being told she could not cancel it I would need to go online to do it. That’s not possible. I called again the next day and someone finally cancelled it. A week goes by and I don’t have my deposit or the room fee refunded so I call again. I was transferred to someone in guest services and was sent to voicemail. I left a name and number for a call back. No returned call. I ended up filing a claim with my bank to get my $ back. Fast forward to the day of our trip. We arrive and the room we were given did not have the tub. Fine whatever it’s a bummer but I’ll live. We decided to go ahead and hit the slots and have some fun. After playing a while we hit up the diner for a quick bite before going to the room. The diner had a limited concert menu—again I’ll live—but the “open til” time listed was 1am, the menu outside the diner said 2am, and online said 4am. Not sure which one was correct but glad we were there before 1am to be safe. My husbands food came out. Mine came out about 10 minutes later. Our appetizer of onion strings came out after we were both done with our meals. Not quite the order we envisioned. We decide it’s time to go kick our feet up. We get to the room and I wanted to turn around and go home. I’m still nursing so I needed to pump and store milk. The refrigerator in the room wasn’t cold and never got cold. The door had a nice chunk out of it. The bed did not have a fitted sheet on it. There was a mattress protector and a comforter and a top sheet. No fitted sheet. Gross! The shower head was so low I could barely fit under it and I’m 5 ft 1. I understand we didn’t book the top dollar room but $152 plus tax and $12 resort fee should have gotten us more than an ill equipped room without sheets and a working fridge. This was my first experience at the paragon and after this I’m quite sure it will be my last.
Tried reaching out via email and phone—no response. Imagine that.

So far I’ve experienced poor customer service with Paragon. The front desk staff is RUDE and can’t give a yes or no answer as to whether the outdoor pools are open yet, in addition to no response when messaging them on FB. I’m not looking forward to my stay here at this point.. hopefully the room will be in better condition than last time

I tried the Roasted Rokakaka special and the Rokakaka tea blend. It tasted extremely funny and landed me a trip to the ER. Apparently I fell unconscious and was nearly dead after a few bites of the Roasted Rokakaka special. Do not recommend unless you’re a YBA player

The owners of the casino were told that the place would have to be shut down for 3 days in order to completely exterminate the different eating places there. Management refused the idea because it would profits to drop. The place was built on a cattle pasture years ago.

Nice little movie theater. I like that they switch movies out all month long. I love that they put in a drink fountain and you can get your own refill whenever you need it!
