Had steak fajitas, they were very tough and unchewable. Very disappointed

The food is really great but I literally sat there for 15 mins without anyone asking me what I wanted. Then when I wanted to make an order, seemed like nobody spoke English. Kept passing by me whole others ordered and got their food.

Ended up walking out twice...

No no no. Order a couple of weeks ago. Ordered fajitas and they forgot the tortillas.

Ordered from there again… got 3!

I am from Texas and love Mexican food. I was happy to try Los Frijolitos during my stay in Marksville because the reviews were very good.

I ordered The Marksville Platter which had several different items to taste. I was unimpressed with the dishes and it tasted like commissary food to me. The salsa was okay but I didn’t enjoy the chips and the queso was just okay.

The furnishings looked authentic to Mexico and the service was good. Though the food was not bad, I won’t be back.

Every time I visit my family, the first stop is a Mexican restaurant because I always crave their traditional food, it is so delicious and well prepared, you can tell your plate is hot, the flavors and heat of the spices in their food are authentic.

The nachos tasted rancid. They were fried in old oil, my meal was tiny and so were the margaritas for the price. would not recommend if you've been to any other decent Mexican restaurant.

We opted to try this place for the first time being that we craved some texmex food. Upon entrance, we stood with our 3 restless and hungry kids and waited several minutes without being noticed. Mind you there was no signs indicating, "please wait to be seated," so we helped ourselves to a table. Still, we waited for another 10 minutes and basically, we had to demand service for drinks. We never knew who was waiting the table. Food was average compared to what we're used to. Service is rather poor. We noted we're the only POC and people came after us were waited first. The staff seems to be non-English speaking. Regardless, please do better to serve all customers equally. I left no tip due to ridiculous service!

The server didn't understand much English. Not very friendly, but I think that went along with the communication barrier.
