I went to my Marksville drive thru at Popeyes tonight. They messed up my order. Had to go in was missing 4 items from my order then they were rude about it all. The drive thru person that was taking orders acted like she didn't wanna be there. And missed half my order I told her. Manager was rude. If you don't want your job find another one. But dont be rude when y'all are the ones messing up. My biscuits tasted like they were cook on dirty pans. They were gross. 😡

Visited this restaurant tonight. Food was all very cold, tasted disgusting, and was very undeserved. Because I had a disagreement with thomasina some time ago, I believe this is why my food was that way. When I pulled to the window, the Manager on duty and all workers were laughing before I even paid. To try to start drama, they made her come to the window to take my payment, but i said nothing. I never said a word. I handle things professionally. I won't be going back, but I'll be pushing this further. Very unprofessional to play in people's food at these prices. Although the manager said have a good night, I know it was fake because she was laughing still. When are yall going to get better people with class, respect, and real customer service at these places???

Service slow chicken extra small worst chicken I have ever purchased at a Popeyes

I have ordered the chicken and bacon sandwich 3 times and gotten the wrong one all 3 times. Never leave that place without making sure ur order is right they are obviously incapable

They messed up my order and didn’t receive items I paid for. I then proceeded to call them and they hung up on me instead of fixing their mistakes. Highly disappointed in the staff. Would not recommend.

The service was very slow. I ordered two sweet and spicy wing meals. I waited for almost an hour. The food was really good. Was a little upset that the biscuits don't come with a meal anyone.

Worst Popeyes in the state. They used very very old grease killing any flavor. Tasted like it hadn't been changed in months.
Chicken strips were literally press chicken meat patties unlike never seen before at any chicken restaurant and were awful tasting/very tough. Need new ownership at this location in the worst way. I will not return until I see the sigh "Under new management". FYI, I was sick with indigestion all day afterwards.

Do not eat here. Every time I come here it’s a different issue. I ordered a drink and it was not done correct. they also gave us raw chicken tenders. It got me and my dog sick. Uncooked Biscuits and shytty customer service.
