Very disappointed in the lack of service we received we had to order at cash register and the only time when we seen our server was to bring food to table but never said anything to is no introduction nothing just sat our food down an walled off . I am curious to why they had so many staff but no one spoke to guest just each other .

We stayed in the casino so decided to come here to get a bite to eat service is horrible they don't come to the table don't acknowledge your even there food is horrible ! This place has so much potential but I think they need to change the staff in all areas of this hotel casino

We're Actually Here For A Few Days! There Are Not Many Option @ The Paragon Food Wise (Especially After 9PM) So I Always Depend On This Place When I Come. I'm Actually Eating On My Burger As I Speak! The Burgers Are Good And Most Definitely Worth The Money! Club Sandwich Was Extremely BIG! My Only Complaint Was The Bacon Was Tough Both Nights!

I have never had mashed potatoes that tasted that bad. It was worse than instant potatoes. The side of corn and the roll were the only things that tasted good. The "catfish" was not real catfish. I used to like going there on a girl's night out but sadly I won't be recommending my friends. This is my first ever negative review. I hope the owner makes positive changes.

The concept at this diner is not your traditional restaurant. It’s pay and order like a buffet with a sit down and eat diner experience. We almost didn’t come bc of the reviews. I’m glad we came. Staff was great, food was hot AND good! I will be coming back. Thank you staff for working Christmas Eve.

Very marginal food quality at best. Limited menu. Cannot recommend this restaurant. Head next door to casino to McDonald's or Burger King for a much better meal.
I would have given 5 stars but the waitress was rude and paying no attention to our needs. The club sandwich and chef was superb!!!! Train your staff to pay attention to how they treat paying customers.

You order and pay before entering the restaurant - you pick up your drink and silverware - find your table and wait for the food. No one ever checked to see if you need anything. Poor service - food was just ok.

The set up they have is ridiculous, you have to know what you want to eat before going dine in. And condiments are packets, and if you want dessert and didn't order before entering, you have to leave your table, leave out and go stand in line to order dessert for a table your already eating at. It doesn't take a genius to understand that business model is ridiculous to put it nicely. The food was good though, but the set up needs addressing quick, last time I doing that. Leave the restaurant to order dessert lol who though that was smart ??

Restaurant was clean and service was very good. Food also was out quickly. These are the reasons I rated it a 1. I had chicken fried steak. Probably the worst I ever had in a restaurant. No seasoning on the steak or the gravy that covered. The batter on the bottom side was mushy like it was setting in grease. Beans had a good taste but were also very soft and soggy. Potatoes were really the only thing on my plate that should have. Even served. I won't eat here again.
