Not sure what the negative is about, this place is great!. Had a great salsbury steak w excellent brown gravy and great seasoned green beans. Gumbo was good as well but they do need to blacken their oysters before adding them to the gumbo imo. Chkn fry was frozen but was large and great. We're obviously in a casino. Top 5 hamburger/Salisbury steaks and brown gravy I've ever had.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Roxy Dinner in Paragon Casino, and it was an outstanding experience. The highlight was definitely the catfish dinner—perfectly cooked and incredibly flavorful, with just the right balance of crispy coating and tender meat. Terrible! I would give it 0 stars if I could! The employees were all grouchy...the food was horrible! The onion rings (strings) would have been good IF they had been hot. They were brought to the table not even luke warm. The rest of the meal wasn't worth eating (or drinking). The tea was like sewer water .. we added sugar, lemon, everything... Nothing helped it. All three of us ordered different entrees and it was ALL bad. We ate almost nothing & left.. we stopped by McDonald's and grabbed a burger so we would have SOMETHING to eat before going back to our hotel. First time I've EVER left a restaurant after paying for a meal and had to go somewhere else and pay for another because the food was too nasty to eat at the first place!

(Take Out)Stood in line no one took my order so I had to go ask two employees one which was sitting down the other standing talking among themselves did they have anyone to take the orders a employee replied she left & will be back. The elderly couple before me said they had been standing there & no one came over to take their order either. The employee in the front the man was dry while speaking to me the other which was a female just stared at me as if I did something wrong not a friendly environment at all. Conclusion I didn't want to wait a second more so I left.

Very disappointed in the lack of service we received we had to order at cash register and the only time when we seen our server was to bring food to table but never said anything to is no introduction nothing just sat our food down an walled off . I am curious to why they had so many staff but no one spoke to guest just each other .

We stayed in the casino so decided to come here to get a bite to eat service is horrible they don't come to the table don't acknowledge your even there food is horrible ! This place has so much potential but I think they need to change the staff in all areas of this hotel casino
We're Actually Here For A Few Days! There Are Not Many Option @ The Paragon Food Wise (Especially After 9PM) So I Always Depend On This Place When I Come. I'm Actually Eating On My Burger As I Speak! The Burgers Are Good And Most Definitely Worth The Money! Club Sandwich Was Extremely BIG! My Only Complaint Was The Bacon Was Tough Both Nights!

I have never had mashed potatoes that tasted that bad. It was worse than instant potatoes. The side of corn and the roll were the only things that tasted good. The "catfish" was not real catfish. I used to like going there on a girl's night out but sadly I won't be recommending my friends. This is my first ever negative review. I hope the owner makes positive changes.

The concept at this diner is not your traditional restaurant. It’s pay and order like a buffet with a sit down and eat diner experience. We almost didn’t come bc of the reviews. I’m glad we came. Staff was great, food was hot AND good! I will be coming back. Thank you staff for working Christmas Eve.
