Smiley Donuts is a fairly new shop in Marksville. The staff and owners are very friendly and sweet. The donuts are very light and fresh, with a large variety of pastries. The jalapeño sausage kolache has the perfect balance of spice and sweetness and is huge. The caramel iced coffee and frappes are very good and amazing. The inside is clean, though the outside resembles an old gas station. A digital menu and drive-thru are available. Note that sometimes the bacon egg and cheese croissants are served cold.
