Please do not order from here if you are going to have it delivered by a third party they do not honor your order. If there are 10 people in line that ordered after you, they will not make your order. I have had more than one customer not get their order in a normal range of time and the staff doesn't care b/c they only have 2 people there and no manager. The lack if consideration for those orders are astounding. I actually had another delivery driver say she had the same experience so it's not a fluke.

Please teach employees how to make a proper milkshake. I've gotten shakes from this location 2 different times and they were mostly milk and soupy. At 6 dollars a milkshake I expect better quality.

We finally got to try the chocolate chip cookie dough Pizza….. OMG it was SO good! Great Job! (Ice cream is also very yummy)

Ok just drove 10 mins to another store to be told Not enough vanilla ice cream to make my malt I then quired about the container under the empty one which is the back up which I was told she didn’t think of that and then I was told that they usually don’t use what’s underneath. I’ve never heard of something so ridiculous what is wrong with the service Industry people today there too young,Either not trained properly or too lazy to go the extra mile so they rather have a customer walk out the store and Not put anything in the register , Thats ridiculous this is why some of the favorite places we grew w/ are falling to the wayside!! Good bye Baskin Robins im threw!! 2 stores in one day Sad,Sad,Sad
