Poor customer service. Employee is cursing while there is customers in there. Got mad because we ordered a shake an hour before they closed.

Please do not order from here if you are going to have it delivered by a third party they do not honor your order. If there are 10 people in line that ordered after you, they will not make your order. I have had more than one customer not get their order in a normal range of time and the staff doesn't care b/c they only have 2 people there and no manager. The lack if consideration for those orders are astounding. I actually had another delivery driver say she had the same experience so it's not a fluke.

Please teach employees how to make a proper milkshake. I've gotten shakes from this location 2 different times and they were mostly milk and soupy. At 6 dollars a milkshake I expect better quality.
