Did NOT enjoy the food. While the portions are ok the taste just isn't there. Then I realized after getting home,I was overcharged $10. I called to verify the prices n yep overcharged by the ride cashier. They let me talk to the owner, he reimbursed me and said he would reprimand the girl because obviously, it's not the first complaint on her. Maybe I'll eat there again in the future but I wasn't impressed at all

I love the shrimp plates from here. I try to get I when I'm in town.

Reasonable prices for po-boys, chicken, and seafood. Regular New Orleans cuisine is available.

I had to go here today to pick up food for my customer. The only complaint I had was the worker behind counter did not have a mask on, so I assume the kitchen crew/ cook was not wearing one. But on the door to enter it says Must Wear Mask To Enter No mask no entry. Double standard... idk

The food is good

Place was gross. Floors were so slimy Felt like I was on ice skates. Red beans and rice e were super bland. Sausage was good. Portions were huge. The person who took our order was less than delightful. Stone cold.

I’m not from Louisiana but every time I come here I have to stop by Big Easy. It may not be the prettiest on the outside but do not let that fool you. Their seafood is one of the best seafoods I have ever had. I went to a really fancy seafood place yesterday called Don’s seafood and there is absolutely zero comparison between Dons and Big Easy. The lovely lady at the front by the name of Jamerica was very nice and respectful. She had excellent customer service. The food was top notch. I was only in Louisiana for 3 days and came to Big Easy twice. The combination of their excellent customer service, high quality food, and great pricing makes Big Easy the perfect and must have seafood place when in town! The owner was super nice and even gave us complimentary Shrimp Etouffe on the house! This place deserves much more recognition! Onion rings horrible shrimp good but tacky charges for ranch with onion rings extra $$ for refill ended up being over $16 for small poboy small onion rings and fountain dr pepper

Got a shrimp pony. Very reasonable price, freshly fried shrimp. Good quantity. Not much to look at inside but just go for the food!

I recommend the red beans and rice with sausage it is the best.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Do not eat here. I've been here before, but for some reason the man and women who answered the phone tonight were EXTREMELY rude. I don't understand how you can hang up on a customer 3 times when I was trying to ask a question. There food is not even that good for them to be that rude.
