I ordered on the app and I did not receive my proper order. I only received fries nothing else, even though I ordered a large meal and a frozen soda dessert, I did not receive them only a small portion of fries. Called this morning to ask for my proper order and the person on the phone had an attitude and hung up on my twice. Overall horrible customer service and customer support

I came to this Burger King on the Paco thinking I might be able to get some good food fresh fries, but that is not what I got. There's the first time and the last time I will come to this one. Fries are still bread is stale. They put nothing on the burgers, absolutely one of the worst that I've had. The place is filthy, absolutely. Unfriendly, along with their clothes barely hanging on them. They handle the food with no gloves. Absolutely, I do not recommend it.

Worst experience ever 11/8 drive thru. For got to add cheese and was told I would need to drive back around and order cheese, mind you no one was in line but me, charges 1.32 for a slice of cheese bigger than the whopper jr. check my receipt and she voluntarily rounded up my total, when I asked why she became frustrated and said it’s for school I asked why didn’t she ask if i wanted to would up she said they don’t ask it’s just automatic. Please check your receipts.

They've turned it around. My food is usually correct, and somehow hot even when it isnt the busiest. As other fast-food declines, BK picks up the slack and delivers. For now.

The person through drive thru was soooo disrespectful so I called to speak to the manager and she was just holding the phone after I told her what happened she hung up it’s crazy they are part of the problem that’s why no goes to Burger King I understand kids but adults then my burger was warmed in the microwave so long it was hard
