The person through drive thru was soooo disrespectful so I called to speak to the manager and she was just holding the phone after I told her what happened she hung up it’s crazy they are part of the problem that’s why no goes to Burger King I understand kids but adults then my burger was warmed in the microwave so long it was hard

I tired to order food this morning and they canceled my order for what I don’t know why it wasn’t even 10 yet and they stop taking breakfast. Never again will I order from here just terrible.
The service was not very fast....They took their time for the burger and it wasn't busy so service was not on point at all ....and then they didn't even use game napkins...

I went to Burger King this morning on Lapalco. The services was horrible. The employee was not pleasurable at all. I told him thank you he didn’t reply. They need to put somebody else at the window. I order some fresh toast and it taste like they was re-cooked nice and hot. I think it’s awful. They need better service at the drive-through window. The young man didn’t give me any total. He took my card. He didn’t say thank you I told him have a good day. He didn’t reply. I feel like he didn’t even have a voice. this was this morning about 730 A.m.

I went and ordered food. When I paid I gave the girl a coupon, a gift card, and cash. She used all the cash with returning the gift card. Her reply: I didn't tell her to use the gift card first. I thought it was self explanetary. Didn't think a grown woman would need her hand held to do her job. Ignorance is bliss to some I suppose.
