I went to Burger King this morning on Lapalco. The services was horrible. The employee was not pleasurable at all. I told him thank you he didn’t reply. They need to put somebody else at the window. I order some fresh toast and it taste like they was re-cooked nice and hot. I think it’s awful. They need better service at the drive-through window. The young man didn’t give me any total. He took my card. He didn’t say thank you I told him have a good day. He didn’t reply. I feel like he didn’t even have a voice. this was this morning about 730 A.m.

I went and ordered food. When I paid I gave the girl a coupon, a gift card, and cash. She used all the cash with returning the gift card. Her reply: I didn't tell her to use the gift card first. I thought it was self explanetary. Didn't think a grown woman would need her hand held to do her job. Ignorance is bliss to some I suppose.

Today i finally got to have lunch at Burger?King? I have been having a craving for a flame? broiled Whopper for a good 3 months! BK Whoppers is my favorite place for burgers.

Ordered from the drive-through yesterday evening was missing food when I got home, so I called the manager. They put it in the book. Confirm the spelling of my name and everything.. fast forward to today when I go to pick up missing set items. I have to know the name of the manager who was working… so I immediately asked the manager on duty what her name is her her response is I’m not going to give you my name.. I see why Burger King’s are closing down, so sad.. The problem is obviously the jokes that try to manage this place!!.. So I went there today with my family andwhen we entered we didn't get I hi or anything and one lady who was the cashier gave us a ugly look then another lady was just standing there also looking at us with discussed look. So we left and didn't order anything.

Young lady working the checkout window was so sweet. Fries could’ve been cooked a little longer, but overall, it was very good.
Staff super rude, lady at window yanked my card out of my hand and was acting like she didnt wanna be there.

Extremely rude staff. If you want to start your morning out terribly, go here. The workers at this place are some of the most rude individuals I have ever came across.1. Drive up to speaker... "Hold"2. Wait... "What you want"3. Order... "pull around"4. Get screamed at to not pull up to window so they can manipulate their drive through times, because they care 0 about the customer.5. Get your smashed together food (hopefully what you order is there - best of luck).Not so much as a good morning, or thank you from these employees at this store. Fire them all, including the manager, and tear the place down if this is what is going to be offered here. Get this trash out of this town.
