This is the second time in a month that I had a bad experience at this location. My husband and I went through the drive through which was very smooth. The person who took our order for very nice. We had about 5 cars in front of us but each one went through with no issues. We had ordered a 30 count nugget meal and a chicken sandwich and we ordered everything how it comes. We got to the window and the two young ladies who were not friendly at all, almost gave us someone else's order first, then asked for our name. When we said our name, she asked us to pull around and park. I immediately walked in since I knew they were likely busy and didn't want someone else's order to be held up because someone had to bring food out to the parking lot. I was greeted when I walked in and the young lady was very nice and even told me she would've brought my food out to me. I explained that the last time this happened, I was in my car for over 30 minutes and I preferred waiting inside. I watched as at least 15 cars went through the drive through (and it looked like a majority received boxes of what looked like chicken nuggets). I was told (without me asking) that my food would be out in 3 minutes that they were waiting on the nuggets. I thought, okay that isn't bad and I appreciated the update. After 15 minutes of waiting, I politely tried to get anyone's attention (there were 7 ladies working). I was ignored, eyes were rolled and deep breathes were being taken by 2 out of the 7 ladies while the rest completely ignored me. One girl with maroon colored hair mumbled comments, rolled her eyes and took deep breaths over and over, which made me very uncomfortable. I was told that this was Chik Fil A's new thing, "made to order". I asked why everyone going through the drive thru had chicken and I was still waiting for mine. She kept profusely apologizing and saying I will take the blame. I honestly felt bad for her. She must've been a manager because she was very nice about the whole situation. While the other employees mumbled and clearly talked about me (because she kept telling them it's ok, don't worry about it) I had to sit there and feel so uncomfortable. It is very sad that this is how Chik Fil A has decided to brand themselves. It was the most embarrassing and uncomfortable experience in a fast food restaurant!

I am a valuable customer. I was appalled when the cashier told me they do not offer senior discounts. I patronized this establishment often, I have received a senior citizen discount previously. In addition, my neighborhood Chi- Fil-A in Marrero offers senior discounts. The cashier is familiar with my order as well as my mother. As a valued customer, it would be fitting if the company would highlight the information that they no longer render senior citizens discounts. There are too many of us seniors who frequent your establishment. I was truly disappointed. Finally, this store has the worst parking establishment out of all the stores I have visited.Parking: Always congested. Entirely to small.

Loved Chick-fil-A since back when the only one on the Westbank was in the mall, but I'd like my order to be done right. Last week I didn't get my chicken patties on my chicken sandwiches(which they made right), and then yesterday I ordered a salad and they took out my chicken and put tomatoes instead(I don't eat raw tomatoes). The people who work there are always nice and make up for the mistakes no problem, but I'd like to go home with my food and not have to worry about it.

Chickfila is just amazing, bro.. Like when you take a bite into that chicken sandwich, you get a feeling that you never have felt before. The service is just top - notch. The workers make you feel like you are family. When you walk in, the seats are spotless and it smells amazing. Everything is just so clean. Amazing place. 10/10 would recommend!

Please be careful with there salad went got a salad on my lunch.Salad was old everything in there was old I was so hungry so I stared picking through it a black bug was in it crawling around returned it got my money back they didnt even care bout the old salad nor bug i had to starve the whole night.I was very shock never will eat from them again.
