I have to say Im from here the South and yes we are very judgemental when it comes to fried foods. I decided to try Chicken & sides and Im glad I did! Im over 60 and have to say this took me back to Grandma's kitchen! That crispy well seasoned chicken that made you keep eating even when you were full lol those creamy red beans & rice and a sweet biscuit took me out! I am not disappointed! Oooooweeeeee thats the stuff the South is made of. Thank you Chicken & Sides a taste from Grandma's kitchen is just what I needed.

Extremely disappointed in our experience today. Chicken and sides use to be our go-to. The chicken has always been good, but the wait time has always been long. You're told your order will be ready in 15 minutes, but you end up waiting at least 30.
We ordered tonight, excited that they are back open with new management after being closed for a couple weeks. My fiance got there and ordered at 6:20 (two people in front of him). He placed his order and proceed to wait 40 minutes. By this time, only one person in front of him got their food. The other person demanded a refund for the wait. We did not receive our food until 7:05. On top of that, we did not receive a biscuit with one of our meals and did not receive our French fries for the other. He waited 45 minutes and two of our items were missing.
We will sadly probably not be back due to this experience.

The chicken is really good better then Popeyes this time my four piece was burnt fried to hard I have a pictuure but dont know how to retrieve it But mac n cheese is the best I ever had from fast food place greens good everything is really really good the only thing is the wait other then that off the chain if he get the right people in the kitchen the wait wouldn't be long A four bc this time my chicken was burnt check them out
Just open back up got 5 piece tenders comb n a 4 piece comb. The tenders my nephew said were good my chicken was fried to hard I had been calling n riding over to.check for them to open very disappointing the sides are still.the bomb I don't think I'll give them a fourth try the first time I took my niece it was off the chain

I can only guess why yhis place closed so quickly. Went here a couple of times. It use to be the location for the old Popeyes, back when Popeyes was actually very good. The chicken here is just ok, average chicken. I will say the spicy breast is a bit spicier than Popeyes. The REAL issue is its sides. Terrible. For a place called chicken and sides they need to value their sides more. The dirty rice is so bland that it just taste like plain rice with not an oz of salt... thats sad. Same for their beans and other sides. I just go for the chicken, but id rather just go to Popeyes for better sided

I happened on your site thru doordash & decided to take a chance.The food was prepared & delivered in a timely manner. The 4pc chicken seasoned well,red beans(good flavor), but those honey buttered biscuits 💯!
