I sat patiently and asked for assistance. No one came on the speaker. When I pulled up the lady at the window stated I couldn't be served. Since I didn't order. I stated that I wanted to be assisted. No one said anything. She told me I'd have to go back in the line to order.

Food is great. There is no one to service drive through. I have been sitting at the intercom box for a half hour. People have been driving around me and leaving. Try to call the store to talk to a manager and it goes to voice mail "no one is available to answer the phone" This is fast food. Ha. Not in marrero . I really love churches Chicken. I just can't get any service. And this is not the first time I've had problems with this location. This store needs serious adjustments. I have finished this post sitting at the intercom.

I pulled up at the drive-through and had to wait five minutes before they asked me anything it seems that I waited for each car to do what they needed to do before they asked me what I needed or even to pull up once I pulled up she took my payment with no greeting then I waited 20 minutes for my food to come out Nobody ever came to the window and said we have a wait on chicken would you like a courtesy drink or anything? While you waited Then when my food came out the manager handed it out to me and said here you go forgot my fries in my okra gave me the rest of my order she missed. Didn’t say anything closed the window and went back to doing what she was doing, the service was awful.

It is 8:49 pm and there doors are locked it says open until 10pm and they are not the other day the line was go in the street the are slow it takes forever to put a order in and forever to get your food I don't know how they have 4 stars it should be one
Today around 12:30 1pm I stopped at this location to get lunch. While waiting for my order a male came from the back and stuck his hand into the fried okra, grabbed a handful and started eating them and walked back, to the back while also sipping on a drink. When I spoke up about it, the young man told me to mind my business. When I spoke to the “manager “ about it she appeared to have an attitude as well, saying she will handle it. I’m sure this happens more often because grand she felt too comfortable doing so.

I think the place needs alittle fixeding up because it has a sheet of plywood at the front door and it's been there for like a year now and there's not enough people working during late night rush.....
This poor building has seen its days. It seems someone drove into the front of the building, so there is no dining in. Walk in, order, pay, wait, get your food, and leave, please. The 3-4 that were cooking and serving did not disappoint. They earn every dollar thay are paid. The line is never-ending, and they manage to be courteous while trying to keep up with the barrage of orders coming through. Put some respect in your voice for those who are slaying behind that counter! The food and order were perfect. So sorry for not taking pics ?
Parking: The parking is not good because the drive through line obstructs most of the lot
