CRAWFISH AND CHILL MARRERO

Hours of operation say they are open and when we got there it was closed down. What a disappointment ?

I enjoyed them since they opened but i won’t be returning because service has gone down everytime i go there’s a child taking my order who doesn’t know what he’s doing then when you ask for an adult he says the only adult doesn’t speak English and the past few times I’ve gone i called ahead to see if they had the crabs i wanted and the child told me yes and when i get there he charged me then had me wait 20 mins before he came back and said they are out then proceeds to tell me he doesn’t know how to do a refund because i used a card i said well give me cash he said he couldn’t and asked do i want something else i said no i want my money back after going back and forth he finally gave me cash and i went several times after to complain but there’s never an adult there besides the one who doesn’t speak English and the child!!! I refuse to give them another dollar and I actually like the food?

I've only visited this place twice. My first visit was great ? because it was the actual owners who serviced me. However, my second visit was not so pleasant ? because of the very rude and unpleasant cashier/worker behind the counter! I paid for my order and even included a generous tip. All I asked for was some sauce for my crawfish, and she wanted to charge me a $1 per sauce! When I stated that the owners just gave me sauce when I asked for it. She then loudly stated ma'am the sauce is a $1. Do you want it!!! I then said sadly, no ma'am thank you," and I walked away, feeling embarrassed ? thinking had I not tipped her. I could have gotten all the sauce I wanted...
I was very disappointed ?

Went this afternoon to have a late lunch. The atmosphere was really nice and there's a daiquiri shop right next door. We ordered the crawfish weekend special w. 3lbs crawfish, 1lb shrimp, 2 corns, 2 eggs and 2 potatoes. Added a side of sausage and 2 kids popcorn shrimp meals. Everything was great. Sauces came on the side, crawfish was seasoned well, nothing was over cooked, shimp was truly PEEL AND EAT! We'll be back!

Listen to me….. We looked at the reviews and said we will give it a try. After arriving at 6pm and waiting for two hours , the pregnant waitress guarantee us crawfish, to then find out there is no more crawfish . I believe they were about to close by the time they call us in and lied to us. Then have the nerve to force us to eat something else. If it wasn’t for that nice waitress Maria, I would have walked out. The other waitresses have poor service and are not very attentive. They only serve big tables and don’t care to serve tables of two. Do not advertise crawfish and chill if you run out of craw fish after a two hour waiting period. I will never ever go back to this place . All they care about is cleaning up after an hour to closing and getting rid of you. By the way, add more tables on your floor. The wait is ridiculous and your bartenders take an hour just to make a crawfish drink that taste like juice. So annoyed.Fixed that management……..hire motivated waitresses

Scam ordered off doordash and didn't even receive what what advertised after calling about order they try blam delivery driver but when asked what I get with my order...it didn't match up with what they offered online ...false advertisement
