Listen to me….. We looked at the reviews and said we will give it a try. After arriving at 6pm and waiting for two hours , the pregnant waitress guarantee us crawfish, to then find out there is no more crawfish . I believe they were about to close by the time they call us in and lied to us. Then have the nerve to force us to eat something else. If it wasn’t for that nice waitress Maria, I would have walked out. The other waitresses have poor service and are not very attentive. They only serve big tables and don’t care to serve tables of two. Do not advertise crawfish and chill if you run out of craw fish after a two hour waiting period. I will never ever go back to this place . All they care about is cleaning up after an hour to closing and getting rid of you. By the way, add more tables on your floor. The wait is ridiculous and your bartenders take an hour just to make a crawfish drink that taste like juice. So annoyed.Fixed that management……..hire motivated waitresses

Scam ordered off doordash and didn't even receive what what advertised after calling about order they try blam delivery driver but when asked what I get with my order...it didn't match up with what they offered online ...false advertisement

Wow! According to these lousy reviews the new place being built in Luling is gonna really suck and will have maybe one car in the parking lot. The cook! Don't believe me? Check for yourself! Must be really bad food to be this bad!! LET THE COOK GO! He can flip burgers at Mc Donald's!

Great flavor on the boiled seafood. A little pricey but not unreasonable. Great customer service for a counter order restaurant. Really enjoyed the meal.
Food was delicious! I had the crab cakes and loaded crawfish fries. They were both fresh and hot and VERY flavorful. I forgot what my sister had (upper corner of the picture) but it was delicious as well. They all were very spicy but I love it so . Would definitely recommend!

Found Crawfish and Chill from Google search of “seafood restaurants near me” after leaving Jean Lafitte Natl Park, it’s only a few miles away. Loaded crawfish fries as an app were delicious! Ask for the spicy sauce (maybe also know as house sauce?) to go with the fries, I wish they bottled that sauce! Server was extremely helpful guiding us through our selections and had perfect recommendations. Daughter and I split the crawfish Alfredo, the sauce had a ton of flavor. Boys had the po boys, they liked the shrimp better than catfish. I suggested the owner open one in Indiana, were we are from - I would eat there all the time! Highly recommend!

My sister and I were visiting New Orleans from Philadelphia. We saw this restaurant on Instagram and decided to try. We were not disappointed. Everything here was amazing (food, customer service and cleanliness of restaurant etc). Our server Avion was very attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. She was a great host! The owner was very warming and gracious! Definitely will be back when visiting New Orleans
