Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

We decided to give this Dairy Queen another shot after 2 previous disastrous visits. So here it is months later and went thru the driver and the speaker didn’t work. The young man working the window was very nice. So they took our order at the window we ordered 2 vanilla cones and 2 blizzards. No one was behind us in the line at the drive-through and they asked us to pull forward. Even though we felt that was unnecessary we did anyway.
One blizzard was fudge brownie. It looked like it was right but when we drove off we realized it had no brownies at all. Want to mention on the previous visit we waited in line so long in drive thru everyone was leaving.
We decided we would wait since others in front of us left. But they never took our order after sitting there at least 20-30 minutes. (We made the mistake there). We left too. Months later we thought we would try again. But they had no ice cream. How can your specialty be ice cream and not have ice cream? makes no sense!! So needless to say this will be our last visit to this poorly managed Dairy Queen on Barataria Blvd Marrero LA, poor poor management

Ordered through the app. Walked , in no one was at register, several employees ignored us. Eventually about 5 minutes later, a very nice female came out greeted us and gave us our food. One male employee saw us but pretended he didn’t. Usually great service at this location, they may have been under staffed today.

I bought a food combo,and fries were cold and burger it just wasn't good. Then I went back to buy 4 small blizzards, it was $25. I like the blizzards but they not worth $6 each for a small

I sat at the drive through window after paying for 2 large blizzards for nearly 20 minutes waiting for someone to hand them to me. They were made, I could see them sitting there but no one would acknowledge me. I finally called them and asked if someone could hand my order. The response for the delay was we are busy. There was nobody inside and at the time I was the only car in the drive through lane. Poor customer service!!!

The staff was extremely friendly and patient with me while ordering. I didn’t feel rushed and my food was hot and fresh. The young lady at the drive through was so sweet!

Ordered a pickup order through the app, arrived at the agreed time. Order not ready, had to wait an additional 20 minutes while they made my food from scratch.

Went there Monday, October 13th daytime at the Marrero location in the drive through and sat there waiting for someone to take my order and no response. Drove up to the window to see why they were not taking my order and no one came to the window even though I saw a girl walking back and forth inside. I also blew my horn to get her attention and she ignored me. I drove around to the front to walk in to see what the problem was, and the doors were locked. Why was there no sign stating they were closed on the front door and on the drive through? There were others pulling up after I decided to drive off doing the same thing I did. Unprofessional of a popular business...I'll go to the Gretna location from now on even though I live closer to this one. 😠

Probably the worst dairy queen location. If you want an incorrect order or not being able to get the item you ordered in the first place this is the place for you.

The food wasn't bad but everything else was a disaster!!
Here's a list

1. 20 minutes till someone acknowledged my existence.

2. Employees were more worried about making TikTok videos than working.

3. 6 Employees 5 of them on the phone, 2 were sitting in the dining area eating 1 on the drive thru and the one employee that was actually working kept the store alive.

4. No place to wash my hands
5. No ice in the coke machine
6. No napkins anywhere
7. Tables were sticky
8. No condiments

I honestly can go on and on. I had to wash my hands on the coke machine water dispenser and dry them with my shirt.

I swear if my daughter didn't beg me for some desert they have it would of went off!!!!

Shame on you dairy jester !!!!
