I ordered online they didn't put the toppings I ordered.Its supposed to get checked for perfecto hand me the pizza wrong toppings then make me wait 20 minutes it only takes 8 minutes to cook a pizza , then just added toppings and put it back in the oven they messed up and treated me like I'm the problem.What kind of service is that ?

Worst customer service. Messed up my order. I called to get a credit back considering the pizza is much cheaper than the one I ordered. The guy on the phone kept running to talk to the manager. I guess the manager was too busy to deal with me at first. Then when he got on the phone he was rude. I had the same tone and he got loud with me and said I was yelling. I continued to talk in the same tone as I had been and he said oh now your not. I asked for a confirmation or something that a credit was on my account. He said he couldn't give me anything. The only thing I could do was call another time for an order and ask for him by name (so I have to remember that and hope they can get in touch with him if they don't see the credit). I asked him if he could text or email me just stating we have a credit he said no, Got loud, wouldn't listen and hung up. My husband called back and went around in circles with him and when my husband confirmed I wasn't telling he said oh my bad. Never apologized. I can't trust a place of management acts that way. He is setting a horrible example for his employees. I will literally go anywhere else for pizza going forward.

The worse pizza delivery place ever. I quit ordering from here about a yr and a half ago because they are so rude and never bring your pizza. I decided to give them another chance. Ordered 2 pizzas tonight on line. It said delivery would be in 25 to 35 minutes. The time was a few minutes before 7 pm. Didn't hear anything from them so after about 40 minutes later I called. I was told my order was still in que and not even started. I asked what was the holdup and was told they were 3 HOURS behind because they were slammed. So if I wanted my pizza it would be at least 3 hours. Are you freaking kidding me. As I was complaining and demanding my money back I got hung up on. I will NEVER Buy anything from Dominos again and I will be putting in a complaint tomorrow with corporate.

Never ordered from here without a hair or few in my pizza, it’s funny they offered a 20$ coupon for the hair only to make another pizza with hair 😂 I’m done .

I live 5 minutes away. I place an order an hour and a half ago and have yet to hear anything…. Apparently they munching on my food, didn’t know I was paying for their lunch… I expect a full refund and a free pizza…

My boyfriend and I live 5 mins away from this location and usually the food here is amazing but tonight we got a really dry pizza which is so unusual for this location. We will be returning and hopefully next time the pizza will be a little more enjoyable. We come here for the consistency and we won’t hold this one mistake to the restaurant and maybe next time we ask for extra sauce.

Ordered two pizzas a few weeks ago. Pizzas were late being delivered pizzas were cold thrown together and not edible. I tipped an extremely generous amount. I will never order from this dominos or go here again. I contacted corporate and the store and I still have not yet received a refund as of yet. Poor customer service at its finest.

Why say that we get a free pizza with reward points if the pizza isn't exactly free? I tried to use the redeem code or whatever for the free pizza only to not even get it because of the 20$ rule. It makes no sense to even call it free, if I can't get it for a lower price. I honestly wouldn't recommend even using the free pizza thing at all.
