had the most wonderful lunch at Ihop had the fish platter it was cooked perfectly my wife had the New York cheese pancakes nice and fluffy nice to see y'all have put all the syrups back on the table service was excellent !

food and service were awesome Kentrell was our server he did amazing job with us refills on time suggested new items for us to try it was staff very friendly compared to eight months ago they have really stepped up even the food comes out quicker.

Can’t even rate the food because we were not even served, they had music in the kitchen but nobody ever came. We ourselves got the menu, sat down for 10mins, and no one came still. I genuinely will never be coming back there and I hope nobody does. Not to forget the smell of weed emanating from the kitchen.

For many of years, I drove past this restaurant because of the service that I received was terrible, but after new management specifically Mr. Bryce making such a difference, we frequent this restaurant quite often. Keep up the great work, And I hope this is the beginning of IHOP coming back to our city

Visited IHOP on Lapalco Blvd. Great service and tasty food. Warm welcome and friendly staff. Server was helpful and quick. Drinks refilled fast. Pancakes were perfect. Breakfast platter was spot-on. Staff cared about our experience. Manager checked in on us. Highly recommend this IHOP. Will definitely return!

Terrible experience overall. They were out of most drink options. The food was bad even for ihop standards hashbrowns were cold and stale tasting, kids mac n cheese were flavorless and dry, omelet was thrown together and flavorless. Service was okay, our server seemed to understand that we weren't enjoying anything so was attentive. Would have been more attentive if the other staff weren't in the back arguing loud enough for the entire resturant to hear. Honestly, just skip this place.

We got there and was told there was no orange juice or apple juice. That was fine, but my daughter asked for chocolate milk. They brought her warm water that they mixed a hot chocolate packet in. Unacceptable. Then the employees were arguing as we were trying to eat. Our receipt was done incorrectly twice. Overall, this was a bad experience. Do not go here!

We ordered through Uber eats, our Uber driver waited an hour on outlr food to come out. Then, after we got it half our order was wrong. My wife's omelet was basically all spinach and liquid in the bottom, my French toast had no syrup. Normally I wouldn't care about the syrup but we are moving and I dont have any. I do not recommend going to this ihop.

Gluten-free is a joke. Staff hadn't a clue Gluten-free was a thing. Which is understandable. But Gluten-free is on the menu and online. Gluten-free pancakes or Belgian Waffles would be an excellent option if it were truly available. Also no regular coffee available at 5am!
