Never got seated! Wednesday evening, 8/20, Server looked us dead in the eyes and proceeded to sit down and play with her phone.

My visit was very disappointing. The wait for food was far too long, and when it finally arrived, it was cold. We also had to wait an excessive amount of time for strawberry sauce. There were even gnats on the food, and our server did not return as promised. To also mention other guests weren’t satisfied with the wait of their order not being taken and left. Because of this experience, I will not be returning

servers were yelling and fighting, we waited an hour to get our drinks and our food, we had to threaten to leave to get a few dollars off of our drinks, the manager used the excuse that they were under staffed it was very obvious that they had enough workers they were just under coordinated and messy, the table next to us, who had a rather large group, waited an hour to get their drinks and we left before they even got their food, they added a root beer that our table didn’t order and gave me the strawberry pancakes instead of the new york cheesecake combo, overall terrible experience, i and my family will not be coming back.

The woman who works this morning doesn't help, I lost an order, and when I told her to talk to the buyer because I don't master the language, she told me I don't care about a description of that, she is old and the restaurant needs active youth, and this is wasting work, and this is the last time I enter ihop, and when I get an order, I refuse it because I don't receive help from this old man

This is the Ihop that was supposed to get the bad Review. I will never Step foot in this I hop Service Sucks, Long waits and they cant get your order right. Order Eggs over Medium and they come out scrambled. Bacon half-cooked its just horrible. If you order more than one Item you may get eggs first, then 10 minutes later, bacon comes out, then 10 more minutes later, you get your hash browns. Service sucks

Normally this is my preferred location to eat. All others I’ve had horrible experiences. While our waitress was great, the food was horrible. They didn’t have the initial item I requested. Guessing inventory isn’t managed accurately. What I requested and waited about 45 minutes to receive was undercooked and runny, which turned my stomach immediately. The server discussed with her manager which decided she wasn’t taking the uneaten food or our tab, which was fine, but shows lack of management skills. Our table was dirty, sticky hair left on the table with crumbs. Clearly they are short staffed, I’d say lack of management is the cause. Your district manager or area manager should visit and go through this location with a fine tooth comb to locate the problem. I’m assuming this is a new manager that I’ve witnessed berate and speak harsh to her team in front of customers. The problem with the location isn’t your servers, it’s management and possibly the cook. I’ve never had an issue with the food prior to today, so I’m guessing the cook is either new or have given up on trying to provide good food because of management. You should share this with the manager of the location, employees don’t leave a company they leave a manager. To be effective, disrespect and harsh speaking isn’t required! In order to create a great environment to work starts with her. If she can’t handle it she should step down or find a suitable position that her talents are more suited for. I’m speaking from a decade plus as a district manager with a team of 100+. Don’t allow that role to make you think you’re better than your team because they essentially have the ability to make or break you! My last 2 visits hasn’t been good, so time to evaluate yourself Miss Manager. I refer to you as a she because of the day you yelled and was extremely disrespectful to your team in front of us.your team continued to provide great service but you could tell they were embarrassed by your actions. Time for you to move in ma’am, this isn’t the industry for you!

While we were waiting on seating (the wait was caused by being way under staffed) A girl that works there was carrying around a small dog and reached into a big plastic tub near the host desk and pulled out silverware for a guest. I love dogs as much as the next person but, they lick their own butt and then it was in her hands while getting silverware that I am going to eat from. I will never eat at this location again, and hope someone calls the health department.
