Had breakfast it was so bad that I sent it back and went to pay for the second person with me, and it turns out their C.C. machine was done cash only problem is I didn't have cash. I would not recommend it

I wish I could give zero stars. This has been the WORST experience I’ve ever had. The servers are literally screaming to each other. Screaming to the cooks you can hear everything. It was completely disappointing. Everyone is so rude. There is no type of organization. Someone complained about the wait because no one even approached the door and they told them to leave. It is completely unacceptable. The food took FOREVER. I usually don’t leave reviews but the owners really need to look into this location it is a horrible experience.

This is the worst I Hop on the westbank I had ordered a big bunch burger from here when I got home the burger was uncook in the inside. I had took the burger and told one of the nice server and told her that the burger was uncook one of the server a older white lady with black hair had said out loud to put in the microwave I let the Manger know what she had say and the manager didn’t do nothing about it she thought it was funny Mike and Nadia got to better in hiring people

I'm disabled so I ordered through UberEATS the poblano eggs Benedict and the English muffin was toasted stale, there was no poblano flavor and I'm Mexican so I know what it tastes like. The eggs were supposed to poached but were hard and I requested over medium. Poor quality for the price I paid.

Food was ok, but the service was awful. I ordered online for pickup and when I arrived to the front desk the lady that was there didn’t even say hello. My order wasn’t ready so I had to wait for about 10 minutes. When they gave me my order, they were missing 2 hash browns I had ordered, so I had to wait for them to make them. And they put them together even though it was 2 different orders.
I ordered online and after ordering I called the restaurant to give instructions, but no answer after trying 3 times. I went to the restaurant and there were 2 tables with customers and one patron waiting for his take out order. I waited at the counter to be assisted for about 4 minutes before being greeted by a waitress. While waiting I called the store and the ringer was down on the phone. She asked if I was dining in and I told her I was here to pick up. I was told to check the table for my order. I get home and the gravy for my country fried steak was cold. I must be insane because I keep going back thinking the outcome is going to be different.

this place is dirty and horrible i ask for a drink they come back 30 minutes later. let alone the people that serve you the food smell of cigarettes and other things. if you look inside the seats are all messed up. they are a little respectful. either way do not come here for breakfast

My complaint is with the tip. I left an appropiate tip with my server in cash, which I placed in her hand. And I wrote cash on the bill line where the tip should be. When the charge show at my bank an extra 9 dollars was added. They are not answering the phone. So I guess I will have to return to see how this will be handled.
