Dined it at your Lapalco location today and truly disappointed with my experience. Restaurant was busy and understaffed around 9:30. Stood in line waiting to order for 10 minutes. Gentlemen came and sat at the bar and was immediately served. The server Mary Ann had not a care in the world. Her attitude was not great, she catered to her regulars and didn’t give no attention to the rest of the patrons. I’ve seen way better here but I must say in my recent visit the level of service has decreased and they don’t have the staffing they once had. Mary Ann is not the answer! I’d love some attention to training and hospitality to be visible!

All my donuts was stale this morning. Very upset about this. No breakfast for me. Tired calling to speak to someone about it but no one answered.

Hands down best donuts in New Orleans. And they are just as great at night as they are in the morning! They are have the best cinnamon rolls I think I’ve ever had.

This one place that never feel pleasant when you go. The attitude and service is distasteful. I don't frequent Joe's, but almost every time I go it feels very unwelcoming. This particular time I was going for UberEATS. No greetings and it was about 4:30 am. A hi or good morning could go a long way. I don't know if they realize they could be the start or ending of someone else's day. No value in quality customer service and it's definitely selective.
